Worst product I’ve bought for my child
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This monitor is ridiculous. It dies after less than 3 hours on battery power. It is useless. It also makes a loud beeping noise when you plug it in to charge which wakes my baby up.

The battery on the parent unit should last 3-4 hours in audio mode and 1-2 hours in video mode. Poor customer service - poor tech support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The app that allows me to use this camera on my iPhone stopped working. This has happened to a lot of people, the service department has confirmed this. I've asked the service department for a new app, they want my mailing address, and phone number, all I want is to be directed to the app so I can download the app and use the camera again. This camera is a baby monitor, it needs to work and if it doesn't the service department needs to get it working quickly, which they are not doing. Not recommended at all, find a company that sells something that you can rely on.

Poor Monitor Overall
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this monitor to replace a similar Motorola monitor I had that stopped working. The picture quality with this new model is bad; I can barely make out my child in her crib! The biggest drawback is the camera does not move. I could move the camera and scan the whole room with my previous model. My baby moves often through the night and it is important to me that I can see her. I am highly disappointed with this monitor and will return it ASAP.

To reset the monitor, please use a small screwdriver to remove the battery compartment from the back of the monitor. Then remove and unplug the battery for 30 seconds; plug the battery back in and close up the battery compartment; turn your monitor back on. Reset of your monitor has been completed.
To reset the camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.

baby monitor

I ordered another one for our new baby. The packing is the same but the monitor looks totally different. When doing some research the actual monitor that was sent was the MBP33S but with the other packaging. This is a crappier monitor that I do not like.
