We had to wait a bit for the installation due to the holidays but when the Geek Squad got here they were on time and very efficient in getting the TV mount above the fireplace and attaching the TV and Roku behind it. Great job!

The Geek Squad guys came and installed my tv over my mantle into the drywall and did a great job. They were very nice and professional and i'm very happy with the service they provided. My tv is exactly where I wanted it and I couldn't be more pleased.

They mounted two TV’s above fireplaces and helped connect three fire sticks and showed us how to use them. We want to eliminate cable and they were also very helpful in explaining several different options for us

I recommend this dry wall fireplace add on mount it gives you the added protection that you need in the back of the TV to install it properly due to the studs in the wall from the drywall

Heather and Connor from crossroads plaza best buy did a great job mounting our new 55 inch LG OLED TV with our existing bracket. Our bracket was not quite right but they made it work and it is perfectly level. They are great.

Two Geeks mounted a 75 inch TV over the fireplace and it looks great. They were extremely careful to place it perfectly and took their time to be sure it was just right. I really appreciate such care for the smallest detail.

The technicians asked questions before starting and made sure they knew exactly what was to be done. They also offered some suggestions that improved on our initial concept.

They were on time, even cleaned after mounting the television....they sync'd the television to the Provider's Remote and went over the many features the television offered. LOVE these guys!!! GET the GEEK SQUAD!!!!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to ask my devices! Make sure it's Geek Squad and not the subcont company because they are not good at all. There's no comparison

Again ...the guys did a great job mounting my tv . Had to come back tho a second time to center it correctly and charged us another $100. but oh well...we still buy lots from them.

When they came out to install my tv mount & sound bar mount they were great!!! Professions, Friendly and very acknowledgeable. They were in and out in no time at all! Kudos to the lady & gentleman that came out.

The 3rd party affiliate of Best Buy did a great job installing my tv above the fireplace. Very courteous, quick, and did a good job of leveling the tv and then cleaning up all the debri.

They can and installed the sound system along with a new Samsung smart tv. Very professional,cleaned any mess. They set up the whole system and gave me a tutorial. Would definitely use again!

The two installers where excellent. They made sure the TV was centered. Set up my remote. Suggested I upgrade my HMI cable to receive a better picture and sound. Which I did and everything did improve,

Geek Squad mounted my 75" tv above the fireplace and with Total Tech service, it was completely worth the money to have them do this over me trying to get it perfect. Great service and very personable agents.

The guys came prepared to install the bracket and TV on a stone fireplace and performed the task quickly and with no mess. They explained how to use the products and made suggestions for improvements.
