I do not like the appointment setup. If I am already in the store why can't I drop off my laptop or ask a related question. I had to make at least 9 appointments because my work schedule kept changing.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our TV. They were prompt and completed the job in a professional manner. They clearly explained what they were doing and how to use the equipment when they were done.

The geek squad team did an amazing job mounting the tv and setting the tv up for use - they made sure all was connected to the internet and handled troubleshooting of problem areas.

James and his partner did a professional job of mounting and installing our New Samsung TV over our fireplace along with a sound bar and our blue ray player. Very happy with the entire process and results.

There was an issue and a delay with the 1st attempt to make this install or the rating would be 5; but there was a great response to getting the install done or the rating would have bee a 1 or 2.

Quickly and expertly installed the tv and mounting bracket on the wall and set up all the accessories where you don’t see any cords. Very personable and knowledgeable also.

The two installers who came to hook up the TV were truly amazingly helpful. They were polite, funny, easy to have in the house while they worked. They were very patient while explaining the new device.

Great job with the mounting above the fireplace, bracket allowed the TV to be three inches closer to the wall. Center speaker also had to be reinstalled for the 65-inch Smart TV.

The agents knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I have some delicate tile on the wall they had to work with. The installation was perfect and they left no mess. Very happy customer here.
