The install went smoothly. The Geek crew came on-time and completed the work right the first time. Very happy with the result.

The Best Buy team came and had to reposition my bracket to hang my TV. They certainly did seem to know what they were doing. They successfully moved the bracket and hung my TV.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV on a brick wall. Connected TV and made sure everything worked and I understood how to use controls. They were fast, clean, and efficient.

Great service. They took good care of my new equipment and home. Good service is hard find, so it's good to see something living up to expectations.

Although the service description stated "drywall" It was really a surcharge for masonry mounting. Unless you really trust you expansion bolts and have a good hammer drill. Pay extra to let Geek Squad do it.

I’ve always been the type that we will do it ourselves. But this time I decided to have Best Buy come out and mount both TVs and hook everything up. So much easier and worth it!
