The agents removed by older smaller tv, moved the bracket, hung and installed the new tv and made sure everything was working properly.

Going through expensive tile and stone to mount, wouldn't have done it any other way but through Geek Squad. They had the right tools for this delicate job.

Our Geek Squad installers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The installation and demos they provided of our new TV and soundbar were perfect.

The installation went smoothly. In retrospect, we did not ask for more information on the features of the LG 55" Nano Smart TV, and the LG Sound bar. Consequently, we are not aware of all the features and did not receive an owner's manual on the products. We were charged an additional $150.00 to remove the existing wall mount which took 10 minutes to remove two screws. We did not know about the additional charge until after we purchased the TV.

Went smooth as pie! I didn't have to worry about breaking the TV, putting the wall mount together, linking all ther components, etc.
