    Service tech were customer friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my setup. As of 12/28 cable box not getting signal. Cannot reset due to agent placing box behind tv.

    The Geek Squad guys did a fantastic job mounting my TV and they even mounted another TV upstairs which is a great space saver for that room.

    This was mounted on drywall over a gas fireplace. Charge was mandatory by best buy but was unnecessary as it was drywall over the fireplace, not brick or other solid surface. Seems like a way for best buy to charge something for nothing.
