My 60 inch TV was safely and acutely mounted above my fireplace to new construction home with drywall. Very stable and symmetrical

the guy that came in to install the mount was great! he was knowledgeable and respectful.

We were told in the store that the tv could be mounted above our fireplace for an extra $100.00 which we paid. When the technicians got there they did hang it and did a great job. however, they would not drill the holes required to hide the cords. my husband ended doing it himself. We were not told they could not hide the wires if hanging the TV above the fireplace.

The Agents did a good job of installing equipment but drilled multiple holes that were not used and neglected to fill them. Also, they needed to order a wireless part for the base speaker which was due to be delivered two days later, and were supposed to follow up and install. We have been waiting for over two weeks now and still no contact from the Agents. We called and never received a return call.

Geek squad attached mount to wall, attached TV, hooked up all devices and made sure everything worked.

Installation went well. Professional and knowledgeable. Installed 3 TVs and happy with all work that was done.
