Good product easy to use however the headband piece already has a crack down the center

Simple easy to setup and use. Not the most durable. You have to be careful, the band around the head can be broken easily.

Unbelievable, I purchased this headphone for my daughter about 3 months ago and it stopped working. Called the MPOW customer service for the warranty and they told me that they would fix only MPOW products purchased from Amazon. I have never seen any warranty that only is valid if you buy from a specific store. Of course Best Buy said this was not their problem. Best Buy should at least put a comment on the MPOW’s description regarding the horrible warranty.

An excellent product... when it works... buttons work when it want, works best when connected with... wire to the source. Clearly you get what you pay for.

I am not too fond of over-ear-headphones, but decided to buy a pair of Mpow X4.0 solely based on their popular Amazon reviews on their flame earphones. I am not disappointed in my purchase. My sound preference is bass heavy and I am recommending these pair of headphones because they have overall great sound. The bass is not deep to my personal preference, but as a pair that is a) affordable b) great sound overall c) sleek design, this is a value purchase. About the Active Noice Cancelling...It can be on or off whether or not the headphone is on or off, so don't forget to turn off the ANC when not in use. Low frequencies are eliminated. Sound is much better when ANC is on, which is rare in ANC headphones. To my surprise, the built quality is great for $60. The leather and the padding on the ear cups and headband are soft. The headphones have some sort of finish, does not feel or look like cheap plastic. They come with a charging cable and a 3.5mm aux to use when your battery is out. I've made 5+ calls since I received these. When I ask how my voice is coming through, all my friends/family have told me that I am clear and loud like I am holding my phone.

Head phones started to crack down the middle after 6 weeks of moderate use. Sound is good, but they don't last.

No way would I choose these again. For a few extra dollars you can buy a quality name brand set. The charge life is short, sometimes connection problems.

I've had two pairs and in general, like them. However, both have broken at exactly the same stress point across the top of the headphones and once that happens, they're hard to keep on. At less than 10 months old, the second pair had a speaker in one side completely fall apart inside the headphone, so that when you tilt your head it rattles. Won't be buying another pair.

Really happy with them. Great sound. Good Bass. Really soft and supple padding. Feels like a nice expensive pair of headphones. Battery life is great. Gone 3 days at about 3-5 hours each and haven't had to charge them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality pair of Bluetooth headphones. Also the drawstring pouch is made a really nice material and holds the headphones and other cables nicely. Folds easily and in two different ways. Would surely purchase again. Yeah, for the money very good choice. ~ Flight tested really did a great job with airport and in-flight noise.

Good but only lasted a month before it stopped working

I have been looking for noise canceling headphones for long time and this one is really good quality and the price is under my budget. I can use them as headphones when traveling. My kids use theirs to play games on their phones and tablets. When it is time to fly, we attach the microphones and we are ready to go. They wear very comfortably overall,and after wearing them all day long ,wonderful experience and at no time did my ears or head hurt. The sound is so clear! The noise canceling is excellent for what I need - listening to books or music while cooking and driving This is my first Bluetooth headphone and I cannot compare them to any of the other brands but for my use, the sound and price are amazing.

I am literally a bass booster freak and I find that the bass in these headphones is amazing. They are not heavy or bulky and fits easily into a gym bag. The Bluetooth connects quickly and it’s a very easy set up. On a phone call the voice is crisp and better than I expected. I like the ANC button because when it’s off the music is lower but when you turn it on the music is louder and you can’t hear anything outside of the headphones.

Bought these headphones for my husband and he loves the way they fit over his ears and doesn't hurt them. The sound is good and they're easy to use. HOWEVER, they very quickly started breaking on the head band part. It's like his head was a little too wide or something. It's quite disappointing.
