Connecting is difficult especially scanning the barcode. Difficult for the mobile device (I have iphone 11 pro max) to capture the barcode even in a well lighted area. And there is no option to enter the codes manually. Once it scans the barcode, it takes a while for alexa to recognize it. We even put our alexa device directly next to the connection box of the tree. After that, when I tried to control it via alexa app it says “Device is Unresponsive “. We’ve reset both the Christmas and alexa several times but still no luck. As for the quality, I think it is overpriced. I think what you’re paying for is the alexa integration but unfortunately that doesn’t work. I would have kept the tree even if alexa doesn’t work if the quality is worth $300 but unfortunately it is not. Returning this tree.

What a disappointment!!!! This tree looks nothing like the photos at all . I’m starting to think that possibly my tree was damaged or missing branches . There are huge gaps of empty space all throughout my tree . for the price that I paid I was shocked . I’ve had much cheaper trees that were better than this nightmare I am returning ASAP ! I was so excited for this tree that’s the most disappointing part !

Excellent Christmas tree bundle. Lots of lighting choices. Very compact and is stored for next Christmas in a very small area of the closet taking up less than one square foot of floor space.

Easy to put together yes ... not to sync. Took multiple tries and then synced but I haven’t been able to give the commands to Alexa and have them work.

Took very good care of the tree. Bought it its own bag and stored in safe place. For second christmas, half the lights dont turn on, and unable to connect alexa anymore. The tree doesnt even know its own barcode. I spent $180 for a one time use fake tree that seems to now be discontinued along with all services

The Alexa part to change colors is very cool. We love that feature. The tree branches are made of a spring wire that you can't bend to move a branch to fluff out the tree. When you move a branch to fill in a hole, it just snaps back. This problem is compounded because the big tree comes compressed into too small a box to save shipping costs. Some branches and the top spire are permanently crimped and pushed out of position. The base stand is not level.

lights can be touchy causing sections not to work. I haven't been able to get it to fluff as nicely as the photos but overall a nice tree!

Was delivered to the wrong house and luckily the neighbor after opening the box discovered it wasn't for him and got it over to my address.

excellent tree. set right up to my Alexa and downloaded the application to control the tree. came in three pleases so it was easy to build. its fun showing off the voice commands with alexa.

Have had it for 2 weeks can’t get it to connect to my Alexa. Hours on the phone with Amazon. It’s not Alexa it’s the tree. No point in buying if you can’t use the best feature. Otherwise it’s just an artificial tree. Very disappointing.

Bought after Christmas, put it up anyway to make sure it works. Looks pretty nice, guess I will really find out in December.

Half the lights didn’t work and it’s not a full tree.

This Christmas tree is awesome! You can have a new color for a new day of the week.

It’s ok, the branches are sharp, cut my arms up straightening branches, the white lights are super blue-white, there should be a warm color, the lights aren’t evenly spread and those branches don’t move. Not my fav

stopped working, having a hard time getting best buy to exchange. Hasnt even been 30 days and they are giving me a hard time. If you dont want your holiday ruined dont buy this from best buy

I bought this tree for my niece and nephew and they loved using it.

Seems like it should be a good addition to replace my older tree.
