Used cheap plastic tree.

It comes in a cheap cardboard box that doesn’t even have a carrying handle or way to identify it’s a Christmas tree. The tree i received was used and the metal pole bars were all scratched up. Many of the tree branches are the lowest quality of cheap plastic made in China. I returned the tree immediately.

Apparently the tree was missing a piece. Tech support virtually non existent. Impossible to find the part. Cant change the colors either- its stuck. And what adds insult to injury is that you cant add it to alexa without the missing pieces that arent available.

I really nice Artificial tree
