This was purchased to replace an old coffee maker.

Mr coffee is great it's thy best made coffee maker very easy touse

For a coffee brewer with a timer, this one is pretty good. The only thing i don't like about it is that if you try to rapidly pour, coffee will go everywhere. The top of the pot need a better design.

My last mr coffee lasted about 10 years. A short with the alarm caused the whole thing to die. So I got this one which was the closed to the original model, and Im more than happy. But be aware The wide shower head as advertised is not what you get. Its the regular size head like in the older models.

It is a good, basic, coffee maker. Some of the features include an "extra strength" switch. The carafe warmer has a dial to set the temperature of the made coffee.

Had the same coffee maker for several years. When it died, we looked at options and felt it was still the best value for us.

Received this coffee maker as a gift several years ago. It lasted six years. Couldn't find it anywhere so I purchased another coffee maker that leaked and didn't get the coffee as hot as we like. Finally found Our loved coffee maker again at Best Buy. Purchased it. Love it!! Plan on buying a second or third so I will never go without again.

Well priced coffee maker. Has plenty of functions for the price, but most importantly, makes coffee. Only issue is the water fill port leads to spilling due to its location and geometry.

In the past our coffee makers had the controls down by the carafe warmer plate. If coffee dripped from the basket or dribbled off the carafe onto the warmer plate and lower part of the machine, it inevitably dripped onto the the various function buttons. After a while those buttons get stuck and gummed up with coffee. This machine has all of the function buttons ABOVE the carafe - so no dribbles onto the function buttons. Also, the carafe design provides for a tight fit under the basket drip spigot which further aids in reducing rogue drips that always result when you remove the carafe before the coffee is completely brewed in order to get a cup. The basket shutoff valves usually leak a little as you pull the carafe away and then as you reinsert the carafe (while the coffee is still brewing). This machine has minimal dripping from the basket because the carafe fit is tight and designed better so as to reduce drips in these situations. AND the price is very competitive for its features and design.

Excellent coffee maker. I have been very pleased with the purchase. The coffee is hot and the warming plate actually keeps the coffee hot.

I was looking for an inexpensive coffee maker with all the bells and whistles and found it. This Mr Coffee works perfectly for my needs.

This a a great coffee maker. 3 thinks we wanted were 12 cups, programmable, ability to remove pot while brewing. This pot has all that and then auto shutoff, timer to see how fresh the pot is (within 2 hours), easy to fill and see water lever from the front. Only dislike is the clock on the frunt, would rather have digital numbers.

We bought this coffee maker after our old one stopped working after many years. We decided to buy this one because of its price and our old one was a Mr. Coffee as well. It is very quite, has a sleek look to it. You can adjust the coffee strength and temperature which is a huge bonus! The only down side is the clock!!! It is very difficult to read the clock1

Easy to use and set. looks good and works as advertised.

Liked old Mr Coffee maker BVMC-LMX43GTF but quit working and replaced with similar FTX41. New coffee maker has a couple new features (warmer temp control, easy read water level window). Both have same pot design issues (hard to clean w/o brush wand, does not fully empty). New fill lid hinge design opposite from BVMC is poor. Water drips down back of maker when opening lid assembly to remove filter. New maker did not come with brass reusable filter basket or water filter disc. Makes good coffee. Would recommend with comments.

I picked up this coffee maker as I recently moved and was looking at replacing my Keurig. I read the reviews on this coffee maker and have not been disappointed. I love that I can keep it on to help keep the pot warm after my first pour and I have yet to have a bad brew. Can't go wrong with this one for the price point.

We have an individual cup coffee maker but wanted something to use on weekends - this works perfectly and looks nice in our kitchen!
