When I brew tea I have a hard time dumping the tea bags as they do not come out of the pot easily. Other than that it is ok.

Wonderful coffee from a great machine!

It makes coffee at record speeds and if you can't wait for the whole pot to brew it has sensors in there to stop mid brew so you can pour yourself a quick cup and then the rest will brew and you can come back for more when it's done! I bought this for the teachers lounge at my school and it was definitely a hit!
