Used it to brew 1 pot every morning for the 4 months it lasted. I was disappointed that such a good brand would sell such a lousy coffee maker.

Stopped working after less than a month of having it. Wanted to return it but I could find my online order slip. Worst product ever!

Have used Mr Coffee brand for years. This was the second Mr Coffee in less than a month that quit pumping water after a few uses. Had to return it.

Stopped working after only a month.. could not get my money back. Would never buy a appliance from best buy again..

doesn't get hot enough and the caraff spills and drips every time you pour the coffee... we hate this coffee maker and would strongly advise everyone to avoid it

Love the features but you can't pour without it leaking down the side the genius that designed the carafe put a plastic lip inside the carafe.

3 months after buying this, water leaking under the machine.

Quit working after 2.5 weeks. I lost receipt or i would have returned it.

I do like that it has the timer on it, but for some reason I haven't had it work yet? Not sure what that's about but I only tried it twice, I'll try again later. I do love the filter feature and how simple it really is to use. The warmer is nice too because I can keep my coffee MY warmth that I enjoy while I'm still doing things around the house to come back to it later and leaves it not burnt tasting. The only reason it got dinged one star is for the timer issue and for the fact that I REALLY REALLY wish it had a built in basket instead of having to use the traditional and usual paper baskets. No biggie, but it does make a slight difference to me.

I had the expensive Cuisineart Keurig K-cup machine for about 6 months, but got sick of it breaking down, and not being able to brew the coffee at the strength I wanted. This Mr Coffee unit allows that, works well, is stylish and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

Why not use this one? If you know what you're doing, the coffee will turn out amazing. This isn't a "do it all for you" machine but it's far from the most basic. It's been everything I asked of it and as a gift for my girlfriend blew away all expectations as she is now a brew master.

Its easy to use, looks good and does what it needs to do.

This is the fifth Mr. Coffee we have purchased in 9 years, with three used in the house, one in my art studio and another for our travel trailer. Since we are home all the time it is normal to make two pots a day, and sometimes a third if we have guests, so it is USED a lot. The last machine we bought is the same model as this and lasted two+ years before the delay brew went out. The rest is still working great and will be kept as an emergency back up... However, since I regularly have to travel and get up at 4AM, having my coffee ready is a must. But we really like everything else about it and hope this new one will work as well as the last one.

This coffe maker is the best! I already had one that lasted about 3-4 years, until it finally reached it's end. Decided to buy the same model again as it was very reliable, the coffee always came out great, and the features were very useful. When this one stops working I will definetly buy it again. I just hope they never stop making this model!
