Second one, first one lasted three years, not bad

Good price and a better coffee maker than B & D

This one is much better than the one it replaced, which was not broken but just annoying. I especially like the carafe which does not get stained; all I need to do is rinse it out after each use.

great appliance for the money

Other than running a cleaning cycle a few times in that span of time, we have done nothing but make coffee with it! No problems and good performance - what more can a consumer ask for?

So I decided to shop @ best buy so it would be warranty protected. So now my coffee maker will last me much longer. Thanks best buy for saving me money ibn the long run.
