Love the strong brew feature, I use it to make frappes

It worked great the first year. Now it leaks out in two different places. The bottom and through a screw hole in the top. Also, it is designed to use filter discs, which I could only find through a third party seller. Therefore, we didn't use the filters.

Great coffee machine. I prefer this over Nespresso.

Very good coffee maker, especially for the price. Set the brew time at night, wake up in the morning to fresh scent of coffee.

It percolates very slow. If you need coffee at 5:30, program it to start at 5:10 and it MIGHT be done by 5:30. Not impressed.

Bought this coffemaker 6 days ago to replace a Mr. Coffe coffemaker we had for many years. Just not happy overall and I'm taking back after 6 days. Coffepot doesn't feel balanced in your hand especially if you have hand issues. Lid opens sideways instead of front to back. I've had issues with water not being able to flow through a filter into the pot and have ended up with coffee grounds in the coffee. Grab-a-Cup Auto Pause didn't work.

Unfortunately, in less than a month time, the pot is malfunctioning. When set automatic, overnight, it overflows and messes up the kitchen, water and coffee grounds everywhere. Now we need to return it. We bought a load of coffee and was looking forward to waking up to it.

Worked great 2 times. Then leaked very badly from the bottom of the machine. Water all over the counter. Past the return window. Piece of junk.

The brand is dependable, but the appliance felt really cheap. I ended up returning this item to get a better quality coffee maker.

Unit is rather cumbersome. Unit shuts itself off after 2 hrs., not real crazy about that. Brewing process seems rather long.

This has to be the worst coffee maker I’ve ever had. It started to spill over after a few days use. It would constantly get clogged and have a mess all over the countertop. It was cleaned multiple times and still had the same issue. Wouldn’t recommend.

Completed the instructions for preparing and washing the coffeemaker to begin use. Filled the water chamber and prepared to make the first brew and the entire six cups leaked out of the bottom somewhere all over the counter and floor. I'm not sure if this is consistent with the product or if I just got the lemon of the batch.

Arrived broken where you lift up the access door although this didn't effect performance, The inconsistent overflowing does effect performance. This is to the point where I have to keep an eye on it while its brewing. Makes coffee though, and i guess thats all that matters!

Bit disappointed with this purchase. I don't like to auto shut off mode. It keeps coffee warm for max 2 hours.

This coffemaker has the shower type dripper. For some reason it doesn't produce as strong a coffee as the other kind, the narrower dripper. I'm not sure why. The buttons also could be larger. Oh well, i paid my mom back the cost of it, so it's all good

I bought this unit anticipating perfection! It was on sale… 50% off. I wanted to love him… I really did… He just wasn’t man enough for me! Actually, I didn’t like it because the whole pot of coffee didn’t fill completely with first pass, and water remained in the reservoir while making a full pot, which caused grounds to get dumped into the pot. I made several pots, read the directions thinking it might be me, but it happened every Trump. So, don’t like having to pick out coffee grounds from between my teeth… I brought it back. Sorry  mr. coffee. You just weren’t my guy!

It's a good coffee maker "WHEN IT WORKS." My first one stopped brewing after 3 months of basic usage and its replacement did the same thing after 5 months. I'm on my third (and final) unit. Hopefully this one will last at least a year. Otherwise its a perfect size as it doesn't take up too much counter space

I purchased this coffee maker on December 3 2021. I used it mostly just on weekends. It has only lasted 1year and 10 months. One day it quit beeping when the brewing was done and because of that the coffee wouldn't get warm any more. Will never buy another Mr. Coffee coffee maker ever again. Don't make them like they used to.

I enjoy this coffe maker, does just what it says like it is suppose too

Not sure, the coffee does not taste good as it's supposed to beeeeeee, So still not sure.
