I've been having my coffee maker for years but was in the market for a preprogrammed option for those busy mornings. I was not disappointed. I've never owned a Mr. Coffee maker, but I've owned several other coffee makers. Avid coffee drinker here. The first impression was how nice it looks, its stainless steel, black, and silver. I already owned a lot of black and silver appliances so this was perfect. I like that the coffee maker has the option of brew strength, timer, and clock. All very easy to use options. I bought a coffee measuring cup to have the perfect amount of coffee with every brew. I used it this morning. The coffee came out great! Very easy to use. The coffee maker also comes with a water filter, it is used when hot water is poored into the coffee filter. I didn't notice the difference but its cool that they have this feature which only adds to the already stylish look. The coffee pot sits firmly inside the coffee maker, unlike my previous one which I would always worried about sliding off. The only bad thing I would say is that you'll have to move the coffee pot horizontally away from the coffee maker instead of just picking it up vertically. Nothing out of the ordinary. I really like this coffee maker. It's very stylish and functional. Due to the pandemic, I don't have enough company to brew for 12 cups but definately love the ease of use and look of this coffee maker. The price doesn't break the bank either. I recommend.

3 times, the spring loaded valve at the bottom of the coffee basket, failed to open completely. This caused the brewed coffee to over flow the basket and permitted grounds to enter the carafe and coffee ran all over the warming plate and my counter.

this is the 3rd one like this i have had. You must get the caraf exact or basket will over flow leaking and putting grounds in coffee. Also the panel is hard to read while on counter. I had a cheaper model and i forgot had one of these i stopped using in closet because of this issue. Just ordered the cheaper model that worked fine until warmer burned outup.

Bought this because it was on sale and as a replacement if needed. Finally opened my newly unboxed product and it has been used, reboxed and sold again. I bought a used product.

Worked fine for 21 months. Only complaint was the horrendous beeping it does when it finishes brewing. Died after regular use for 21 months.

This product is a terrible design if you’re pot isn’t sitting just right it will make a giant mess I do not recommend for anybody doing things on a rush mode a mess will surely follow

Constantly clogged up and water won't go through for 20 minutes. I finally quit letting water go through at all. Just bought a new pot by Bella on 11-27-22

Too small! The warmer plate started to look lile it was burned after like 1 week! It made loud brewing noise after the first use!

Have a hard time using coffee grounds spills over. Manufacturers recommend larger coffee filters I got them and they still spills over. Not easy to use.

This coffee pot leaks non stop, got this for a Christmas gift and they couldn't use it once. Very disappointed

It does come with filter(s) and the associates at bestbuy are of no use in helping me find one.

This thing never brewed a single pot of coffee without a ton of grounds ending up in the pot. Gets clogged easy, spills, asks you to wet the filter which takes the ease out of it and creates difficulties. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied, terrible design.

Purchased the Mr. Coffee product 02/02/22 when our very old Krups coffee maker quit. Decided to purchase a less expensive model for home use. It stopped working 7/14/22 (turns off at brewing start...probably defective circuit switch). Best Buy replaced it at no cost. Used less expensive Mr. Coffee makers at work that experienced extensive weekday use. And they last for years. Not this one.

It brews fine when it works but it stopped working after 2 months. I got the extended warranty, but don't want to go to best buy during the pandemic.

We purchased this Coffee Maker during Black Friday specials in November of 2020. It worked great until January 25, 2021 when it stopped working for no apparent reason. The lights were on, but nothing brewed after several tries. I called Best Buy and unfortunately the last day to return was on January 16, 2020. This has been the shortest lived coffee maker we have ever owned. Very disappointed! On our way to buy a new one at Walmart now.

It drips if you pour early.And I don't like to wait.Not good for me

Completely stopped working after 16 months. I had to buy a new on in 2023, This stopped brewing and heating. I would not suggest buying this model.

The one we received must have missed the QA step. Water poured out of the bottom of it the first time we tried to use it. Unfortunately it is past the return date, so need to deal with manufacturer - which is more work than it is worth. From the box, to the kitchen counter to the garbage. I would steer clear. If you look at the ratings on the manufacturer site you will see more 1 star ratings than others combined.

It worked great until it was right out of the one year warranty, then stopped working.

Beware if you use this coffee maker the potential that you may have to replace your countertops may be present. The design is significantly flawed in that there are holes so close to the water fill line that if you are pulling the coffee maker out to fill the water to make a pot of coffee the water will spill out of those holes when you move it back under the cupboard.
