Failed too soon.

But didn't even last 6mo. Wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get it replaced/fixed. Heating element stopped turning on due to a failed temp switch. Not over-used or abused. Went with another brand.

Not my favorite coffee maker

Don’t waste your money

Even with strong brew function on, it doesn’t make strong coffee. Only used twice and would pay to send it back if I could.

Follows directions of the maker and still does not work properly. I would not recommend to anyone

Purchased this one but it leaked water during first use. Promptly returned for a refund. Best buy made that easy enough

This product stopped working within three months

This coffee machine was purchased on 11/29/20 and it stopped working on 2/15/21. I had to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and I’m still waiting for a replacement machine.
