Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put in 10 cups, and four cups come out. I have to push the top of the coffee pot against the top of the machine to get the other 6 cups to come out. There are grounds in the bottom each time. I have to use a strainer each time I pour a cup. Sad.

Not what I expected from Mr. Coffee
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in the need of a simple coffee maker. I purchased in haste. I do not like the digital reader not very bright, I do not like where you are supposed to pour the water in, causes splashes.

Right out of the box, the maker had a warped lid with a misshapen hinge. And, most importantly - it had a major malfunction which caused water to leak from holes on the bottom and one side of the machine. Most of the decanter of water ended up on the kitchen counter/floor. Even without the leak, the decanter doesn’t fit well under the drip area. You have to click the decanter into place under the drip mechanism but the fit is poor so when you push the pot hard enough to click into place, you’re often pushing the entire machine. Pretty poor design.
