We couldn't believe the price plus the free shipping on this Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. Arrived when expected - actually a couple of days sooner! Makes coffee 2 - 3 times faster than our older model, easy to clean & program. I never saw this any cheaper at a discount store or on special any place else during the holidays! Reinforces our habit of watching Best Buy emails & checking website for specials before buying electronics!

I did plan to purchase a 4-cup coffeemaker for myself and my husband but it seems this 12-cup coffeemaker makes it very convenient for just making only 4 cups! I filled upto 4 cups of water inside the water reservoir and then put three tablespoons of ground coffee in the paper basket-style filter in the brew basket. Then I am set! However, I don't need to set the clock. So easy to operate! Thanks Mr. Coffee!:)

This coffee maker is a great improvement from my old coffee maker. I love that it has a large opening to pour the water into and the coffee filter opens so that it is easy to put in a filter. The brew time is fast and the coffee tastes great.

bought coffee maker when it was a deal of the day . usually use kurig but good if you need a pot of coffee .

This coffeemaker was half price, so be aware that I got it on sale. Otherwise, what can I write? It works. Makes coffee. About once a year I have to buy one. Some last longer than others and Mr. Coffee does last a little longer than another brand or two I have used. If you can find this maker on sale, it is a good one and lasts a little longer than other makes I have purchased.

Nice design and functional... easy to pour water in the reservoir, but if using the pot do it slowly or you'll get spillage. Nice feature for sneaking a cup before the brewing cycle completes. It doesn't require custom filters (like cones) which makes it a better value.

Overall a great value. Works perfect. Nice pot of coffee.

Well it does everything its supposed to but I bought it as a gift and got the complaint that the coffee wasn't hot enough. I tried for myself and the coffee indeed did not turn out as hot as I'd liked. Its great if you like warm coffee and not steaming hot though. And other than that there are no complaints.

This is about the fourth or fifth similar Mr. Coffee coffeemaker we have owned . They tend to be a good product for the money. Usually we get a new one when my wife breaks or cracks the carafe, as it is about $11-13 to replace it and a new coffeemaker isn't that much more. BUT, they changed the design of the basket so it is not drop in like tha last few. This one swings out from the side which is OK, but it is held in place by two dinky plastic pins - it's very difficult to remove for cleaning and replace. You have to align the top one- which is nearl;y impossible to see, then try to lower the basket into the bottom one. Hard to do - takes couple or three tries - annoying. I would not buy this again and do not recommend it. That said, it does brew coffee correctly as expected and it is a good price for it ($15.99)

I bought this coffee maker on sale. My former cofee maker started leaking. Anyway, when you pour coffee into a cup, coffee leaks all over the counter. Also, when you sneak a cup, the coffee doesn't stop dripping immediately. So, you have to wipe the bottom. The coffee is hot, though.

This unit makes coffee great. The problem is the filter holder is hard to seat back onto the unit. It has little cheap pegs for the pivot points and tends to fall out if not seated exactly right. The display is black and gray and no back light making it hard to see. It does brew coffee just fine and no problems there.

Very nice machine works perfect look nice with the black gloss! Perfect for kitchen.

We like the fact that we can buy additional coffee pots if they break. I paid unider $15 for this coffee maker. I like the fact that this coffee maker has a pause button. If you want a cup of coffee before.it stops drippinng you can hit the pause button. I noticed there is a little delay however. It has a clock on it so you can have it brew two hours from when you set it also.

Just received the coffee maker yesterday, used it last night, coffee started at the time I had set it, all went well. The price was great. I called Best Buy to inquire whether maybe there was a light for the clock display which needed to be replaced, but found out that was not the case. There is no filter basket, but I had one from my previous coffee maker, so I used that one.

Probably can't beat it for the money as a daily deal. Brand name and does make good coffee. Not much else positive, and I would recommend it, but I do have some small complaints. It's way TOO black, like 120% black. Hard to even see the contrasts of the parts sometimes. Seems to just all blend together as one big BLACK blob. Do not plan on putting this in a dark corner. A small spotlight would be very helpful, and do not plan on putting it very far from an outlet. The cord is very short. And of course, this carafe doesn't fit my other pot, nor do any of my other old carafes fit this new pot. Yes, I know that's by design. They don't want the carafes interchangeable. They want you to keep buying new ones. Just another 21st Century corporate ripoff. Still recommending it at this price though.

For the price I think it is a great value. Also, the fact that it turns off after 2 hours is nice, so I can leave for work and not worry about it. Many inexpensive models do not have this feature. Like the side-swing basket as well, to put in coffee.

I've been using this coffee maker since Christmas 2011 and I have not had a problem with it yet. I love to wake up with the coffee waiting on me and not the other way around.

Wanted a programmable coffee pot for along time. Super black Friday price + free shipping, couldn't go wrong! Coffee is made super quick, just like a pricey coffee pot. Love my new coffee pot!

Looks nice, good for delay settings but no matter how we try ,the spout is weird because no matter how we try, it always spills. other than that.. works well.
