Purchased this as a gift and the family loves it!!!

I would say while I'm not a coffee enthusiast, I am a moderate to heavy consumer of coffee and I don't know how people cannot live their lives without it. I've probably owned or tried every brand of consumer coffee machine out there, and a lot of them have been misses and some have been hits. This product by Mr. Coffee hit a home run. There is not a single thing I would change about this coffee machine. It has everything that I would want for use at home, including a large pot, it being user-friendly to program, a keep warm option, a timer to set for brewing in the morning, an auto stop to pour a cup as it is brewing, an auto shut-off, a "strong" brew option, a clean cycle, and a setting to brew different amounts of coffee, depending upon how much you would like. The machine itself actually will tell you when cleaning is needed, if you don't clean it beforehand, which is also pretty awesome. Additionally, it is easy to set-up for the average person (myself) and does come with a re-useable filter, too. And, subjectively to myself, this machine looks great and the build feels of quality. If there was a thing to even consider modifying, I suppose it would be the length of the power cord, but that's not much of an issue for me. Overall, I love this product and look forward to using it until I can't anymore. Perfect product, Mr. Coffee!

Coffee keeps warm and the flavor is still delicious

Good coffee maker. My only minor criticism is that pouring the water in the reservoir is tricky due to the shape and location. I've learned not to put the grounds in before I put the water in so they don't sit there wet overnight. Other than that, it's been a great unit.

So far so good. Loving the 14 cups, an upgrade from my 12 cup Mr. Coffee. Best feature is I haven't spilled one single drop filling up or emptying. WAY improved design from a pour standpoint.

I purchased this for my mother and she loves it. It is a good height for standard height kitchen counters and I like the self cleaning function.

Tired of cheap quality 12 cup coffee makers so found the 14 cup maker that is so far top quality. Its used several hours each day.

Although this coffee maker brews quickly, it is extremely noisy. The carafe is also a pain to clean as water gets “stuck” under the rim and is hard to drain.

I bought this model because of the larger capacity (14 cups) and the warmer feature. However, if you actually try to fun 14 cups through you will end up with all kinds of grounds in the coffee. It will really only take about 12 cups. Kind of disappointing. As far as the reusable filter, I recommend using a regular filter with it, again otherwise you will have to deal with coffee grounds in your cup.

programming and controlling strength are easy (I like strong coffee!). Very happy with it and my coffee.

I cannot recommend this item. Never got to use it. It was shipped to me broken. The shipping box was intact, so it was not the shipping company. The actual box was bashed and the unit was broken. As I removed it from the shipping carton, bits and pieces fell from the box. Totally unacceptable. Expected more from Best Buy.

I love my coffee pot, I can get it ready the night before, and have my coffee ready in the morning.

Works great. Keep warm feature is very handy. Clock is very easy to set and keeps time well.

Ive tried many different coffee maker brands but nothing is more consistent than Mr. Coffee
