Garbage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start by saying that it was a cheaper coffee maker and on sale to boot but it makes the worst cup of coffee you will ever have. The timer is just a delay start it is very cheaply made and even after running a few pots of water thru it the coffe will still taste like plastic. It was returned after the pause feature in the basket broke a couple of days after purchasing. Went to Walmart and bought a $8.00 coffee maker that blows this one away. I actually bought a second one for my camper. Would give it no stars but not an option.

Known Issue with Brew Basket

Called Mr Coffee corporate and they said this is a known issue. Sending me a replacement coffee maker through mfgr warranty (6-8 days!!!). Too long to wait! Will buy Best Buy's warranty next time!

Do yourself a favour and get some other coffee mac

I've tried many solutions to try and get the plastic taste to go away, but it doesn't. You do get used to it after a while, but once you drink good coffee and come back to the plastic/toxic coffee that this spouts, you realize that it isn't good.
