I like the idea of this unit but the overall delivery of the Mr. Coffee Single-Serve Frappe, Iced, + Hot Coffee Maker & Blender is a solid 4 out of 5. The build of the unit is ok, but I still think Mr. Coffee could do a bit better with material & design choices. I recently reviewed another Mr. Coffee maker and said that it reminded me of something I would find in a hotel room. This unit has the same look and feel, I will 100% note though that I have been using the other unit every day for several months with no issues and I would expect the same here. As for functionality this unit will do as advertised. Making Ice coffee is genuinely nice and travels well in the provided tumbler cup. Making a cup of hot is fine as well and brews perfectly each time. The blender works but I would suggest smaller sized ice cubes and to skip hard fruits and or whatever else. The motor is strong enough to mix and light chop but that is about it. My biggest sad cheeks moment was when I figured out how hard making a “Good” Frappe actually can be. I have tried a few different syrups and powder combos but, I have not been able to replicate anything like I am able to buy. I will keep trying on that one. However, I am in love with an ice vanilla latte coffee concoction I have worked up. You can also find several recipes on their website mrcoffee.com. My first thought was the amount of time I would save going to the DD or SB up the road as well as the money. To make a good drink though you need to spend time and put some love in it. Then as for cost I am currently upside down. I technically bought this unit, the coffee, and all of the ingredients so maybe in a few months I will break even and then start to see the savings. Then as for the coffee I am disappointed that I could not use pods. Because cleaning out the filter each time is a mess and honestly not my favorite thing to do before I have had coffee. Finally, cleanup can be a chore, but I was as mush the culprit there. My opinion is that this is a cool device that is neat and works quite well, but it is more of a novelty item then a daily driver. Great gift ?

It is was a Christmas present for my daughter and she loves it...now she only has one machine for hot or cold coffee

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I've been a customer of Best Buy for a long time. I recommended my coffee maker to my friend and she bought it too.

After around 30 days, it wouldn’t power on. Easy to use, liked it and as I was going to make coffee one morning didn’t power on. My last machine was mr coffee and after 2yrs the power button wasn’t working. So perhaps Mr coffee has power issues I didn’t realize

Was extremely happy until stopped working completely. Of fourse it was 3 days after the last date to return to store. Hopefully Mr coffee helps me directly

This is by far my most favorite Mr. Coffee product! The measuring spoon is such a lifesaver and the frappes?! Yum!!

Bought it for work, and wveryone loves the blender feature. Ice and hot coffe drinker heaven.

I dont recommended no matter how many diffrent ways i make the Fraps its to watery like a ice coffee. Bought it to spend less at starbucks but still end up going to starbucks
