My initial thought was that this was some sort of gimmicky coffee brewer. I mean, you can get frozen and iced coffee from the same machine you get normal coffee out of? Much to my surprise, this is actually pretty good. After you clean everything on the coffee maker, simply put in some of your choice coffee and select the appropriate brew button. Just like any other coffee maker, you get coffee after a bit. But with the built in blender, you can have frozen coffee right off the bat which is pretty cool. I've been tinkering around with this for a couple days now but it's pretty cool to be honest and I'm digging it. I don't have a lot of syrups or flavored coffee so I'm going to need a shopping trip here soon. But now I have the ability to get iced/frozen coffee in record time and without the $7/cup price tag or whatever it is these days. This also serves as a normal coffee maker too but I'm leaning more and more each day to making this my go-to for iced coffee. Really cool device that's found a nice place in my kitchen

It was exactly what I was looking for. Until not even 2 months later it quit. It wouldn’t get power. There was no warning.. nothing. It just quit working.

The Mr. Coffee Single Serve Frappe, Iced and Hot Coffee Maker with Blender is a neat little machine. I thought it was going to be bulky and take up a ton of counter space, but it’s not too bad. The box contains 2 mugs with lids and straws, the blender, coffee/ice spoon, and the unit. I got everything out of the box, gave all the parts a good rinsing, and fired up the first use per the instruction. I filled up the reservoir, put the reusable mesh filter basket in the unit and a mug under the spout. Fired it up and it made hot water rinsing out any leftover machine junk. I got out the recipe book, but the quick instructions are on the lid. I wish it was printed on the machine itself as the lid gets too hot to leave that self-stick label on the unit. It explains how to make hot, iced, or frappe very easily. To brew coffee, you just add water, coffee and press hot brew. I chose iced coffee, and it works great. I added water, ice, coffee and pressed over ice. Then I added Torani Classic Caramel and it was ready to drink. To make a frappe, it takes milk and a bit of blending, maybe a shot of whipped cream and you’re golden. For single-serve coffee drinks, this machine is great. It’s easy to set up, follow directions and clean up afterward. It makes a great daily single cup maker. It hasn’t replaced the Keurig, but it’s sitting right next to it. I’d recommend it to anyone that wants to try making their own at home.

Out of the box - Comes with 2 reusable tumblers, lids, and straws, a reusable coffee filter, and a dual-sided coffee scoop. This coffee maker takes the guess work out of making a perfect iced coffee. Frappe made with the perfect thickness. Not sure about everyone but its nice to have an all in one machine that can make single serves and a pot of coffee without having to have multiple appliances on your counter. This coffee maker does not use pods so you can use fresh grounded coffee and make it strong or medium. The machine is intuitive and easy to use and easy to clean. I like the flexibility and the accessories that come with the machine. You can take your coffee to go in the tumblers that come with the machine. Overall, if you are looking for an all in one coffee maker to clear up counter space this is a must buy. The coffee is consistently made just follow directions on strength. When making the frappe it has been consistent with the 5 I made regardless of the coffee I used and type of milk.

I really enjoy this machine. It makes delicious frappes and very good iced coffee. I don't use it for hot coffee, since I don't like hot coffee. You can't beat the price on this item. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I think the instruction book could be a little clearer. A great buy for your money, and Best Buy had it at the best price I was able to find - better than anywhere on Amazon, at the time.

This machine works well when it works. My machine quit after less than ten uses. It looks brand new now, but only the lights on the switches work. Motor and coffee maker do not. I have not been able to contact customer service to replace.

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter she opened it on Christmas morning and by the 27th it would not even come on any more how do I need to return it and get my money back or a replacement item

So I received my Mr. Coffee Frappe Iced + Hot coffee/frappe machine a week ago and have been putting it through its paces. This is a product that I've been anxiously awaiting for some time now; hoping it will help in saving some extra money on that morning commute and keep me from stopping by those other places for my morning coffee habit. Inside the box along with the coffeemaker comes blender jar (it's plastic) with lid and base, reusable coffee filter and brew basket, coffee measuring scoop, (2) 22oz tumblers with lids and straws (everything's handwash only), and the user documentation including a pamphlet of a few recipes to get you started. The blender's cap also doubles as a measuring cup for ounces and quarter cup measurements. The thing I like about the pamphlet insert is that it tells you exactly all of the ingredients that you need to make your preferred drinks. So off to the store I went to gather everything I needed. Once I returned home, I was ready to get started on my first drink. Following the marks on the side of the blender jar, and the top lid of the coffeemaker, I added all my ingredients and and went step by step. The result of my first drink was decent at best. However, my ice didn't quite get crushed as fine as it should have and a lot of it settled to the bottom of the jar. Initially I thought I had used too much ice, although I know I followed the recipe to the "T"; so I made a couple more drinks only to notice the same thing happening again and again. Another issue (though not a dealbreaker) was that the drinks were not as sweet. Now using the coffeemaker as just a coffeemaker, it worked flawlessly with no issues. I will continue trying out different recipes online as there's a ton of different combinations. In my testing it seems as though some of the measurements for specific drinks are off a little compared to the online versions. However, this is a nice little coffeemaker/blender to have, because once I figure out the exact measurements of each ingredient, it will mostly like stop my morning trips to the other coffeeshops, unless I'm being lazy that day. That being said, I do wish the blender blades chopped and crushed the ice into smaller pieces. But overall, I love this machine and for $100, its a nice combination to have.

I recently bought this machine I want to say about a month ago, however apparently today after limited use it just simply won’t turn on. It’s a pricey machine to stop working within 6-10 uses? Is a refund possible? Thanks!

I like anything coffee and was so excited to try this out. Having all the functions for ice, hot, and frappe in one form factor has been very enjoyable. It comes with two tall cups with reusable straws though the instructions do caution that the straws and tops for the cups are not dishwasher safe. Being the two parts that I would most like to wash that way is slightly inconvenient but in comparison to the rest of the functions and tasty results, is no big deal. Just follow the instruction booklet to make a variety of drinks then experiment with your own ideas. Having the blender as an integral part is amazingly handy and really makes the system work. Easy to set up, use and clean this is a new favorite in my household.

Unit didnt last 3 weeks and best buys say i only have 15 day to return to store..so now gotta deal with manufacturerfor something i got to use only a couple times

This machine makes excellent coffee! It is very fast to use and easy to clean.

Disappointed in performance. Frappies not thick and frothy, but waterlike in consistency. Tried several times but with the same results. To late to return.

The fact that you can do all three in one machine is a selling point to anybody. The most interesting part is how easily it is that you can jump from one to the next. Clean up is a little tedious but still not that bad. And all you're doing is making more coffee so it's not like taste from the last one's going to rub off on the next one not unless you use different blends. All in all if you're a coffee lover who hates to stop and spend 60 bucks on coffee only for them to still get it wrong, you need one of these.

Suck Im tired of going to dunkin donut So i purchased this 3 months it stop working I want my money $100 + dollars wasted

This item was great at first but it hasn't even been used for 90 days and it already won't turn on.

It worked for 2 weeks. Than one day it wouldn’t shut on. Called Mr.Coffee & waiting on a replacement

Bought this Sept 27, 2021 and now today Nov 3, 2021 it no longer works. Junk, will not turn on or anything. I do not recommend this product.

Not pleased to see this for such a low price on amazon today.

Not worth it. Did not work right. Had to return it.
