I read all the bad reviews & decided to return it.

After only 2 month of use it randomly stopped working.

Little coffe maker is great... As soon as I opened up the cardboard box, my teenage daughter was all over this thing. Before I could even open it, she had absconded with it and started her own little barista shop in our kitchen. She has made multiple offerings from this thing... Hot, cold and in-between. All very good. In all, a very good choice as it offers so may options, is easy to use and clean. I would recommend it to a friend.

Piece of crap broke the 2nd time i used it absolute piece of junk

2nd purchase. And 2nd disappointment. Both machines quit working after 2nd use

This is my first time having or even trying an iced coffee or frappe machine. Mr. Coffee is well known for its quality and features. This machine out of the box is so simple to set up. It has a diagram on top showing Let's Brew and details for what to do for each kind of coffee you want whether it be iced, hot, or frappe. My little four year old brother literally read and helped me make my first batch. It comes with the blender cup that has diagrams on it for frappe and what level to add each ingredient so there's no mystery as to how much to add or need for measuring cups.. Water, milk, ice, or syrup Simple to read and use buttons. Everything self explanatory. You are also given two tumblers (hand wash only) they're plastic so a dish washer might be too hot as to melt them. It comes with a pretty cool recipe booklet to get you started too. After trying it out it was absolutely delicious! Easy to clean as well!

Worked for the first few days, then suddenly wouldn’t turn on again

This product is amazing. It comes with its own guide on how to make specific drinks. It's very easy to set up and use, and it's not super loud. This machine is great, it's super easy to clean and to use. It's not very big and makes a great accessory for coffee lovers!

Legit died on me within a month. Can’t return it either.

We were excited to get this frappe maker, but it wound up being a bit of a let down. At first we were excited by the power of the blender, but that soon waned. Taking it out of the box and putting together was a breeze. It is a smart looking product that fits neatly on the counter. There is a sticker that tells you how to make different things, we recommend that you leave it there until you get accustomed to the machine. The coffee making portion has some issues. The spout that the coffee comes out of sprays the coffee to one side or the other. We thought there could be a clog, but alas we couldn't find one. Make sure you use a wide mouthed coffee cup or you will have coffee all over your counter. Using the frappe maker turned out to be a less than desirable experience. You MUST measure everything PERFECTLY or everything comes out of the top when blending. It blends well, but we are adverse to having coffee spray everywhere when you blend it. We will say that the coffee it makes is good, its just a pain to make it! As such, I cannot recommend this coffee maker.

This is an amazing appliance that does everything you need for a cup of hot coffee, iced coffee or an “authentic” frappe at home. I am thrilled I got this Mr. Coffee Iced + Hot Coffee Maker & Blender that can also make single serve Frappes with the touch of the “blend” button. After cleaning all of the parts, I couldn’t wait to use it. For my first use I simply placed ground coffee, measured with the included measuring spoon into the included reusable filter and added water per the markings and pressed the brew button. Foolproof, right? I could have stopped there and had delicious hot coffee/espresso - of course, it’s not as it would be from an espresso maker, but good enough for my liking. But I didn’t stop there - I brewed the coffee/espresso directly into the blender jar over ice (measured by easy to read markings on the jar) with added almond milk and my sugar free syrups - I could have stopped there and had delicious iced coffee, but I kept going. I put the blender jar into its slot with the lid on and pressed “blend”. The Mr. Coffee did its thing automatically - pulsing at first then whirring at a steady high speed until it was frothed and then it stopped. I poured it into one of the 2 included reusable tumblers and I then started drinking my own personally created frappe! It was so easy and quick - it certainly took less time than driving to the coffee shop. It could have been more creamy, but in reading the included recipe booklet I was informed that my sugar free syrups likely caused that so I added a bit of table sugar the next time and that definitely did help. I love this thing - it is so fun to use! And it comes with almost everything you need to make your own coffee drinks. I do wish it has come with a couple sample bottles of syrups or sauces just to try and maybe a small pack of ground coffee. But I had no trouble going to the store and selecting those items suited to my tastes. For me, this is a counter top appliance that will remain on the counter for daily use whether I feel like hot, iced or blended coffee. I definitely recommend this unit.

Good coffee maker , I really enjoy making Frappuccino

I am a huge fan of mocha iced coffee & could drink it all day every day. So when I had an opportunity to test out this Mr. Coffee 3-in-1 single serve coffee maker I decided to give it a shot. The machine itself isn't super advanced or high-end looking like some others may be but I think for the price point it isn't so bad. It does look kind of like something I recently saw when I was traveling to Chicago for an event & was staying in a nearby hotel but for sub $120 I don't think it is horrible. The blender wasn't nearly as powerful as I had expected it to be. But I also don't normally use a blender too much anyway & had only used it because well it had it so wanted to give it a shot. The included plastic iced coffee cups were a nice addition. We hand wash all our dishes so we have no issue with items not being dishwasher safe. The resulting mocha iced coffee that I had tried to make wasn't 100% what I had wanted it to be but I have continued to mess with it a little to try to perfect it. I don't know that I will always want to use this as it does take a little bit of work & getting used to but it isn't outright horrible either!

Great machine, makes perfect coffees for my wife everyday

The Mr. Coffee Single-Serve Frappe, Iced + Hot Coffee Maker & Blender has changed my life, regarding making coffee at least. The packaging is vibrant, and we'll maintained. Once opened you have all of the needed accessories. A filter, nice tumbler with a straw, and a scoop. I like that it's a three in 1. I can make a frozen, hot, or cold coffee. Definitely will save more money now that I can do what the coffee businesses do, but at home!

The Mr. Coffee Single serve machine is well thought out. All the measuring tools you will need are attached to the machine. Clean up is quick and most parts come off the machine for easy cleanup. The Mr. Coffee makes single serve hot coffee, Iced Coffee, and with the attached blender a Frappe. The blender did not have any problems crushing the ice. Every kitchen should have a Mr. Coffee Single-Serve Frappe, Iced and Hot Coffee Maker.

To cut to the chase, I wish the blades were stronger. Using whole pieces of ice, it has a hard time handling. You need some liquid or a lot of liquid to get a decent blend, and crushed ice. The buttons and ease of use are great, it's just for the price I expect more. Still, I give this 5 stars because it's great, but it leaves me wishing it was perfect because I know that it has the potential to be.

Let's start by saying that I really enjoy this product, and it's easily a five star product except for one recurring issue: I have had this less than a year, and I have had three blender cups that eventually to leak when blending a frappe. So far, the one year warranty has replaced them, but once that is over, I will likely be searching for a new frappe maker. As far as when it's not leaking, it makes great coffee, great iced coffee, and simple frappes.

My wife love it it's a excellent product easy to use very easy to clean save a bunch of money but not going to the store

This product is great, it’s exactly what we were looking for. Super simple to use, makes better frappes than Starbucks
