Love it. Only reason why i don't give it 5 starts is because it doesn't have a k cup option. Other than that i couldn't ask for anything better.

The box came with a big hole in it. I checked inside and thank goodness everything was intacked .

I mainly bought this for the frappe maker, the consistency isn't what I was looking for or expected and I wouldn't even personally call it a frappe. It's not really frozen, just melts everything and makes it a cold coffee. It still works for my teachers, since they can't have hot coffee in their classroom but it just wasn't what we were expecting.

Love it. My Frappuccinos are so delicious. This machine makes them perfect.

Bought it for my wife for Christmas. Only used once that i know of. She seens to like it. Very easy to use. The only complaint is when running the blender have to hold the dispenser in place. The rotation of the blender tries to unlock it.

My every morning drink is a cafe frappe and this machine fills the bill. I had several Mr. Coffee Cafe Frappe makers over the years, but the last one broke a couple of months ago and I was frantic for a replacement since Mr. Coffee stopped making that machine. This is my necessity.

This would have been 5 stars if it had been put into a box besides the actual box it’s sold in. Anyone could see exactly what I ordered and it was sitting on my porch for hours. Also would have protected the original box as the corners of the original box were smashed in and box was filthy from its travels. So I know we want to cut back on boxes but to make things safer and to protect the product it should have been placed in another box!

Its okay for price. It makes okay Frappe but not as good as restaurant

This thing is the best thing ever! Love, love, love it. Even my husband has been converted to a iced coffee and frappe drinker.

Makes great iced coffee and even comes with a recipe book! I definitely recommend this if you are like me and are an avid coffee consumer.

Im on my second machine, and now need another one in a year and a half span. The first time it stopped working after i had it for 4 or 5 months, the company replaced it. The second one i had for a year and the container to blend the frappe broke and the coffee leaked in the motor and broke it. Deciding whether i should bite the bullet and get another one to what break again....

Unfortunately it was used only once and never turned on again. No lights power or anything would hust not turn on at all.

Very good quality, money saver , space saver, overall highly recommend.
