Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Mr. Coffee, coffee makers for years. This time I am disappointed. Purchased this Oct 13, 2021. Every time used, lift the top, the shower head would explode and explode out hot water & hot steam. This is after waiting 5-6 min. Another one, shower head exploded like normal but the top plastic piece blew off at a high rate of speed hitting my eyes (I have glasses, thank god) hot steam, water, coffee spilled everywhere. That's it! It is going back. Another problem, washing the Blender jar I noticed soapy water in the handle and base. It gradually leaks out by tipping in all different directions. I called Best Buy Online. Wonderful gal Jenna. She was very concerned about the shower head. But when she saw that I am over my purchase date (four days) I can only get credit. It isn't her fault but that really irritated me. They get to keep my money, I get credit for a store I almost never go to $116.59. This is not fair because the product is broken and defective! What if I didn't wear glasses?

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The blender never worked. Tried to take it back to Best Buy. Was told it was past the return date. It was the soonest I could get it there. So it was. Huge waste of over 100 dollars
