I bought this one for the office because it was a little cheaper than the keurig brand that I have at home. It works fine but is slower heating up and the water tank isn't as big.

We bought the Mr Coffee unit believing it would be more reliable than our Keurig single cup version. Unfortunately, it was defective in several ways. Heating and dispensing a cup was inconsistent from the first cup. The unit appeared to be designed by a new hire in the company who had no supervision.

Make loud sound, adding water everytime,small water res..I've to return it.

bought this machine thinking it would go good with the k-cups, but started leaking a couple of months after using it......no wonder it was on clearance.

Didn't like it at all. Did not like the way it only heated one cup at a time plus the water reservoir was too small

Makes a decent cup of coffee but takes about 3 min to brew.They should make a universal K-cup so you can use your own coffee.

It didn't work the way I expected. It might have been defective. I ended up returning it and buying a Keurig.

It takes forever to heat up and it's nasty and I regret buying it. I wasted $70.

Slow and makes cup size IT wants to, not what you choose.

Very poor Quality would not buy again will not refer or suggest to anyone to bother's products I would like to return it but I did not open it till late now it says it's nonreturnable total waste of money !!!!!!!!only give it one star but calls I had to put something

I bought this coffee brew and it came with samples that were expired from 2 years ago. I called Best Buy on this issue and gave me poor attitude and service. Besy Buy said to throw away or keep it. I bought this and expect good samples for my coffee's worth.

The coffee maker did not work! The water tank did not allow the water to go through the machine. I ended up calling the manufacture and replacing it.

I should listen to the previous reviews. I went ahead and bought Mr Coffee because of the price. Tried it once, the coffee taste like plastc.

Lasted three days. Should have stayed with a kureig.

Purchased on 2-14-16. 4-3-16 pump stopped working!

As stated above, the Mr Coffee keurig is over priced. I would never recommend it.

I recently purchased the Mr Coffee Single Cup Brewer. Preciously owned the Keurig. I was looking for something less expensive, but equally efficient. The Mr Coffee brewer is it. It makes really good coffee, has the ability to use regular grounds and looks nice on my counter. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was due to 1 minute delay to heat water. But, hey, for half the price of the Keurig, I'll wait the minute. I'm very pleased. NOTE: only had my Keurig 2 years before I started having problems. At 79.99, I feel like I got an excellent value.

Works well - nice not having to fill the water reservoir every morning. Coffee comes out at the right temperature - not so hot you cant drink it - but warm enough that you will enjoy it on the way to work :)
