Like this brewer itself. K cups samples included were expired. Best Buy offered me a credit for the expired cups but never followed through. I had to call them back to finally, supposedly have a gift card mailed to me. Also Best Buy separately emailed me that they were crediting my account for a price adjustment but never did. Have been trying to speak with a supervisor but no luck. Customer service and follow through are lacking at the corporate office. Just write to them again to please have a supervisor call me....

Our pot died and we needed a replacement for it. This was a great replacement for a back-up coffee maker until we could decde on a more expensive model.

Works for occasional use. Good that it uses the same pods as other single serve coffee makers. Would be better if the amount in each cup was the same.

I have owned 2 Keurig coffee makers and neither lasted a year. I decided to try another brand, Mr Coffee. It works faster and makes superior tasting coffee and costs half as much. It does hold less water but this is not a problem foe me.

Mr Coffee Maker is great for Kcups. I really am glad I decided to purchase.

Using it in our RV, it is OK for travel. I would not recommend for daily home use. It does not deliver full amount of coffee, to get full cup need to run two cups through K-Cup.

Keurigs have their share of problems. I've had a couple replaced now. Fortunately, Keurig support has always been no hassle for me. They just send a new one. I'm not sure Mr. Coffee will have the same level of customer service, but the machine works fine with my k-cups, and the price was a fraction of the Keurig. I put the Best Buy additional product protection on it for a few dollars more so I don't have to deal with Mr. Coffee at all, and I am happy with the product. No problems so far.

I have 2 other Keurig branded machines (still works great), bought this because I need an extra for my second home. My Keurig branded machines had no problem with self-filled pods, but this Mr. Coffee gets plugged up very easy with self-filled (fine, regular and coarse grinds). If this happens just clean it with sharp pointed objects (toothpick, paper clips, etc.). No problem with good quality pods.

The coffee maker is easy to use because it is a replacement of one which got lost in our recent move. So we knew just what we wanted.

I'm not an addict but I do need my daily dose! One cup is plenty.

Could not aford the Kuerig system. Saw this at Best Buy for half the price and it works great. Uses K-cups which is great for person living alone. Makes a very tasteful cup of coffee.

This is as good as the original Keurig brewer. Love this machine.

As I noted above, I love it. When I don't want to wait for a full pot to brew or do not need but one cup, I've got it with this single cup brewer and multiple different flavors. It's easy to place in room, use and clean.
