Fun for kids and some adults

Ok for kids who like animal movies but only so-so

Good effects though - often hard to tell when the penguins are real or CGI. Carrey has a few lines that garner a grin but generally isn't very funny in this one. Pass. If you want penguins, go with a Madagascar movie. If you want Jim Carrey, get one of his funnier films.
