Great All around laptop, just wish I would have gotten the next ryzen up for processors.

Great purchase and better price then when I got the MSI pulse GL66.

It was just what my son needed for games and his art work.

I had gotten this laptop back in September 2023 thinking I could play steam games and it was highly rated ofc. Within 2.5 months the laptop froze up and started a blue screen stating an error has occurred and then upon resetting, it got stuck in a BIOS loop. I took it to geek squad and had the manufacture warranty able to send it out and try to fix it. after 2 weeks, they got it back and said they replaced the motherboard. I brought it home and within an hour, I was at another crash blue screen. It kept resetting like that so I brought it back the next day and they told me I gotta redownload my driver for msi. I got home, called msi and did just that.. after about an hour, it started to crash again. 2nd time I went into to send it out because they didnt know the issue. I wait another 2 weeks, this time they changed out the motherboard and the hard drive they said. I started it up in store and it seemed ok, so i took it home with hope. I get home and not even 20 min later, it starts to crash again... I simply brought it right back and then had them send it out for a THIRD TIME. they said i could purchase another laptop because that one seems to be a dud and its very rare for this situation. i purchased another, because they said they most likely will trash this one and give me my money back. (it is still being looked at and no refund has been issued after 2 weeks). I brought the new laptop back, the same type of msi, just a better graphics card bc thats all they had and i had been without a laptop longer than i had it at this point. unbelievably, within 11 days... the brand new msi i had gotten to replace the dud, did the SAME thing. it got stuck in bios NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS IN. and i was just baffled. i dont do anything but watch youtube and play steam games and it completely shut out. it was in the loop and at that point i went to the shop and returned it because i didnt need 2 broken laptops. i am currently still waiting on the first one and to see if they can even fix it , or refund it. Will never buy an msi again, shoulda read reviews . absolutely ridiculous

Wait, why doesnt the keyboard change color? I feel like I was duped into buying this. I will return it if I have time to do so in time. Sure it isnt expensive, but my cheap amazon keyboard proves the color changing feature isnt expensive either.

Works Good, played batman arkham knight max settings 90 fps on this thing. Does good at being a computer.

A decent laptop it uses Xbox gamepass and Steam with no issues
