I had to return the laptop not due to its performance but for other reasons- I will say that this is a solid pc for everyday use, gaming, streaming and office work. At this price it cannot be beat!

I have owned a lot of laptops over the years, but this one is King, great graphics, no glare, smooth running, re-fresh rate is amazing. I should have got one of these years ago, its just so well made. Now, the fans get a little loud, but that is a minor thing that is over shadowed by all the bad azz things this computer has. I would with out a doubt recommend any looking for a great gamming rig to get one of these!....

well designed laptop. It felt like MSI spent a lot of time think about the design. Didn't really notice a whole lot of bloatware.

This was my first choice after studying laptops for weeks and WOW!!, I'm amazed, lost for words. I cant wait to start gaming on this.

This laptop has met all the expectations I had before purchasing.I use Adobe Premiere to edit videos and I needed a laptop with a large screen, fast graphics and video processor with a lot of storage. This laptop has it all. It could have better sound through the speakers, but that is not that be a deal for me as I edit with headphones on. Great value as needing a video editing laptop or gaming laptop can easily get you into the 3 to 4k range. This is a great affordable, light and powerful machine.

Fast and solid at gaming and multitasking, hinge is a flaw it can crack over time and usage.

this is a computer that is powerful, elegant and very easy to use. So many options to customize this and its very easy to use.

good port and connection selection, along with mic and Webcam. Gets a bit hot but a cooling station handles it fine.

This laptop plays all my games without any issues. I mainly use it for wow, madden, and need for speed.

I think this is the best notebook that i had in my life. Work on all new games, fast performance. Highly recommended

Replaced my old desktop with this beast. Exporting a 4 min 2.7 k video used to take 45 mins. Not it takes 3 mins. Love it!

I am a long time gamer. The second my fingers touched the keyboard I knew I was in for a surprise. I couldn't wait to unbox the laptop. The slim build was perfectly framed by the gold trim. I immediately booted up Minecraft without ANY issues. I am one satisfied customer and have absolutely no complaints with this beast of a machine. I will be a MSI lifelong customer, thanks to BestBuy!

Upgraded OS to Win10P and added 16 more GIGS of memory. NOT a Gamer, hence some of those functions are NOT on my radar. Speed is as well as screen size and overall file space

Love love love this laptop, lightning fast, great graphics, extremely customizable and thin as they come! The one thing I have always hated about gaming laptops in the past is they are either bulky and perform well, or thin and lacking in graphics capabilities and cooling. This laptop runs on the warm side when gaming graphics-intense content, but cooler than others that I tried out in-store!

My son loves his gaming computer as he uses it for math and engineering and of course gaming, Great product.

Had it for almost 2 months it’s been really good so far,I do a lot of editing in premiere pro it handles it really well.

I am able to play any game my old PC was having issues with no problem. Love this laptop and the service provided.
