This machine works as advertised. Fast loading, outstanding graphics, and lots of storage. The native sound leaves a bit to be desired and can sound a bit tinny, but overall not bad. The laptop also can get very hot while performing graphically intensive things such as video rendering or gaming for extended periods of time.

Good gaming labtop. Like the color keyboard and graphics. Great pictures and easy to use.

Runs games extremely well. Cooling system is on point. Can also run very quiet if you work in an industry and need a laptop that can run multiple monitors efficiently. The only downfall is that the trackpad for the mouse is extremely sensitive and makes me accidentally click things unintended.

After a bit over a year of ownership, this laptop continues to deliver solid performance. I think what I like most about this laptop is the materials don't feel cheap. MSI builds worthy units, a brand you can trust without overpaying for just the badge.

I got this laptop as my college computer while being able to game on the side! This is a great machine but the only issue is the SSD is not a NvMe2 which makes it slightly slower but not noticeable, for a $1799 laptop on blackfriday id suggest this for any casual gamers wanting to play apex legends, programming and business majors who use microsoft office softwate often!

I got it mainly for gaming, and will be using it for school, this pc runs graphics maxed out of modern warfare, and many other games with over 110 FPS (max settings). The msi Customer service support is amazing, I called at 2 am pst, and they helped me out quickly

Great gaming laptop... super thin, really quiet, graphics are awesome!

The computer runs smoothly and the games look great but a problem has occurred, when loading a game the game would crash and it also affect the dragon command center or other applications until you reset the computer

Bought this for my daughter when she was going away to college as a computer science major. She LOVES it! She likes it so much she stopped using her desktop because she said the laptop works so much better and graphics for her games are awesome.

So far I am impressed. I bought this to replace my old laptop I've had since 2011 which was struggling. The MSI has been great. It's easy to customize for what I want to do and it's light weight design makes it easy to move around with. The battery life could be better when running low end games but it's built for performance and that's why I got it.

Incredible gaming PC. The screen is insanely big and bright. Touchpad very responsive without being difficult to operate, and overall very pleased with the laptop. Only concern is the heat, but we will see if it is an issue over the long run.

This is a beast of a machine, handles anything with no problems. The only thing I can say I don't like about it which is not a big deal is the long track pad. Reason is because tend to accidentally touch from time to time, again not an issue. Great laptop.

I wanted a Laptop with a numpad, My last Laptop was an MSI...combination made this one a no brainer! Super Fast, Great Screen. Gears 5 and Skyrim run great! Use it for Gaming as well as "office" work.

Very happy with purchase so far. No construction quality or manufacturing defects. All components work without issue. No obvious overheating or throttling. Fans loud at maximum but MSI software allows for customization between cooling and sound. Fantastic screen with very little bleed. Very bright. Generous SSD size at 1TB. Added another SSD. Note: only supports M.2 form factor SSD drives. Played with keyboard color schemes and they work fine but I'm not a big RGB fan so not important to me. Two complaints: 1. speakers are meh, but only so much you can do with laptop size and physics of audio reproduction. 2. Wish there was a manual control to manage Optimus switching between dedicated graphics card and motherboard video. Seems to activate dedicated video card too much when not gaming. This reduces battery life and adds unnecessary heat. Overall, great performance for its size and weight.

It's an amazing laptop, with RTX 2070 graphics card and 144Hz display, but it's missing touch screen. Also the touchpad is really big which makes it hard to rest one hand on laptop without moving your cursor. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase

This system is a well put together unit. I have used at standard settings on the most powerful games and runs like a pro. On a side note, have been using the Nvidia livestream option and has run beautifully. A phenomenal unit for an high end gamer.

Laptop has a big screen, it is so powerfull and also has fast.

A laptop that finds the balance between cost and performance. The display has great viewing angles and the 144 hz display is a pleasure to have while gaming on the go. The keyboard is also great to type on thanks to being a steelseries branded one.

Keyboard is a HUGE Pain. it's my Single Complaint about this product , But its something i can live with.. the keys are just not in a good spot . take note of the 10 key layout on the Right , arrow keys are bad , small '0' is horrible. i'm often hitting the 0 key when trying to hit the Right arrow Small Right shift key next to Up arrow. other then that minor issue. the computer is fast , plays any game i have tried so far , LOUD. but expected. Use Headphones. problem solved. 17.3" Screen could be sharper . but its 1080p , 144hz screen is amazing. Max Q is fine. it's only pushing 1080p. vs. the Asus , Alienware ,Razer I still like the MSI Better. 5/5 A+
