Best laptop I have ever owned. Plays video games amazing. Color and graphics are amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a portable gaming computer.

Easily the fastest computer I've ever had. It beats any laptop or desktop. It comes fully loaded and the SS Drive makes it lightning quick. Definitely worth the investment.

The computer was purchased for my son, who is an architecture student at OSU. He loves it and says it is very fast and helpful for what his major classes require.

The RTX 2070 in this laptop handles every game we throw at it, and the build is nice and solid, especially for an MSI.

I am not a gamer, but I do heavy multitasking and I needed a laptop that wouldn't freeze up. This laptop is GREAT! The only con that I have found is the mouse pad is rather wide and if you rest your hands on it, the mouse moves. But I have found a solution, I bring my mouse pointer to the black area at the bottom below the page and it works great. The color and clarity of the screen is amazing! The backlit keyboard is wonderful when typing in low light. If I can have 25 to 30 web pages open and 4 apps open with no problems, anyone can use this laptop for what they need.

Very pleased with the computer. HOWEVER GEEK SQUAD handling of the “repair of the power port” and later data recovery of the computer this replaced on a scale of 1-10 is a MINUS 200. I have never been treated as badly as I have with this computer. The in store team has been great, the team working on the repair are something else, excuse after excuse, NO follow up calls, NO explanation of what’s going on, I am told one thing the next day something else. I asked for my hard drive, they can’t (will NOT) send it to me, BUT for a price will copy it. They have had it almost 3 months now.

Love how fast this machine is for everyday tasks, but I really love switching in and out of a 3D design program and I never have to wait for renderings!

This machine has worked really well for my development needs in Camtasia, Adobe CC, etc. It runs hot though and I have had to use an generic audio driver to fix sound issues. Battery life is short, but it does what I need.

This is a top of the line product. I really like that they moved the power button from the previous models. Small and light and still with all the power you need

Quiet, runs smoothly for the tasks I need to do, I do a little gaming, nothing too fancy (Overcooked, Diablo 3 etc.) and it runs perfect for me.

I bought this laptop in November because I needed a powerful computer to run Adobe Creative Suite. It came with a really annoying glitch where letters would stick when I was typing, but I was willing to overlook it as I needed this computer for work. After six months of normal use, one of the hinges warped and cracked and the screen started coming off the back. I took it to a local computer repair shop because I did not want to send it away to be fixed, and am now looking at a $380+ repair bill for a laptop I am still paying off. This was my first experience with MSI and will be my last.

I'm still learning how to change things and streaming on it but I think it is amazing. The price is a little much but so glad I took the risk.

Fast, smooth, and very powerful. Beautiful screen, chroma keyboard, and case design. It runs everything I throw at it on ultra settings. No complaints.

The specks are more then good for this price. Slim and portable. Im queries, how they feet this specks to this design! I definitely recommend it.

Installed CAD programming to build custom handrails and staircases. The graphics on this computer are phenomenal. Would recommend again and again.

Bought this powerful Gaming laptop for my son and he is on top of the world!!!! his gaming Experience just reached a different level!!

When I got this laptop home I was impressed with the quality of this Laptop and MSI took care with packing. This thing is nice and light and powerful. I had an older Asus Laptop that had a 15 in screen the laptop is about the same size on the outer dimensions and yet they still packed a 17" screen into it. The laptop is beautiful, and I really like the ability to color code the backlighting on the keyboard. Highly recommended.
