Been looking for a new PC, the past few ones I bought were defective in a way in Best Buy until I brought this home. Super sexy box and the PC was well protected and full of goodies. The mouse and keyboard are great but I have my own to use. The PC itself is gorgeous with beautiful lights and very quiet fans. Controlling the lights is easy which is close to the power button. I wished it had more openings for coolness but that can be upgraded to an AIO. I can play mostly everything on high settings with over 200+ FPS. I upgraded from a 1650 Super to this 3060 and my god the graphics are beautiful and smooth (I play Fort, Core, RD2, Sims etc.) The ram can also be upgraded to a 32gb in the future but so far this is a great PC and I love it so much. Yes, it can get a little warm but that’s fine since it’s powering a 3060 with an i7 but despite the cons it’s an easy, simple to unbox and hook up, high quality gaming PC. 9/10 Very much worth your money.

Great computer. Did a lot of research on the specs of the pc before buying. Runs very smoothly while playing heavy games like Starfield. Haven’t had any issues with the system at all. Would highly recommend. Especially for someone just starting out with a gaming pc and has limited funds this is a good computer and not too crazy high in price and the specs are really good. Maybe not expert level but u can always add to it.

I haven't gotten a new computer in a while. Store staff more than was helpful in finding me this computer, which happened to be in stock. Large benefit for it was having a decent mouse and keyboard included and the ability to upgrade easily if needed; although I might not have to worry about that for a bit.

Great mid size PC! For a prebuilt it performs flawlessly. I prefer liquid cooling, and this set up made it easy to convert. Bought for my son and it handles all his games at the highest settings.

Very happy with this set up ! Purchased as an upgrade from a gaming laptop that cost me way more than this desktop did. From daily task to running different FPS games everything is so much smoother.

My PC-building days are behind me, so I wanted a good value tower to replace my aging 2019 MSI laptop. 16G of RAM and 3060 aren't the greatest of specs, but they're good enough and can all be easily upgraded later on. What knocks this down a star for me is that I was getting confusing CPU performance. Only 8000 on Cinebench R23, rough performance in CPU-bottlenecked games, and overall performing worse than a 2019 gaming laptop... but the CPU temps all stayed at around 32 C with no fan noise. What I had found in the UEFI/BIOS is that one of the CPU power limits, set to smooth out the CPU's power draw over time, was only set to 65W. I flashed the BIOS with the latest from MSI's website, and I was met with the attached pic. Despite this model having a tower cooler, at the MSI factory it had been previously set to use "stock cooler", which sets CPU power draw to my aforementioned 65W. After correcting this misconfiguration, I now have a Cinebench score of 21000, and am happy with my purchase. This misconfiguration was caught by myself, but it may not be caught by someone looking for their first gaming tower, or by someone looking for a gift for their kid. Without knowing better, they may believe they just have a substandard product. It's possible this was a one-off error, but it's why this does not have five stars. Oh, and the lights are fantastic (you cycle through options via a button on top panel), the case looks great, and the included keyboard (not mechanical)/mouse feel servicable but I already my have preferred equipment.

Brilliant navigation, every process is smooth and effortless. It hold up very well with multiple applications, gaming and heavy downloads. The keyboard it came with is one of the best I’ve ever used. I damaged it and have been trying to find another one just as good with no luck.

Son bought this PC with money he had saved. I thought it was a good performance for that price. It plays all the games he is wanted very well (Fortnite, Minecraft, Elden Ring, Halo) I wasn't sure about the graphics card and was wondering if we should have spent a little more for a different configuration with a better one but so far so good

I bought a gaming PC specifically to use the X-Plane 12 flight simulator and to serve as my main home and business machine. So far it has met all my expectations. Not only that, I'm a Linux user. I was able to transfer my Linux setup to this computer very easily and set up a dual boot configuration with Windows. Both Linux and Windows run flawlessly and far, far faster than on the machine that this PC replaced.

Great pc, but the only problem with it is that it didn't come with the cpu cooler in the picture. I don't know if im being dumb and didn't see it in the item descriptions, or i received a different one.
