one port doesnt even work on the computer, but other then that it is fine

One star is too high. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL customer service. The computer arrived and does not work and no one from support (in a third world country) could help after 7 attempted calls. Now my son has no computer for Christmas. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL service, I can't believe no one will help me. I made 7 (50 min each) calls to support (which is outside the US) and no updates on my status. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, I am DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so not worth my $1400. The Bluetooth is not working properly can't seem to find anything to fix this issue. It's on but can only locate 1 device out of 3 device. Which was my smart TV only. It can't even locate my phone and my laptop. What kind of cheap Bluetooth adapter this crap expensive comp have....

About to return this product since it has been freeze and turn to blue screen without any reasons. I have to restart it couples time to make it work. I will see how it goes before actually return it. To be fair this PC is worth the price for its spec, MAYBE I'm the only one who got a bad egg. GG :(

While the computer works great, Best Buy falsely advertised this computer as AEGIS RS 10SD-053US, yet that computer does not exist with MSI, only the AEGIS R 10SD-053US does. I was scammed by Best Buy and will be looking into possible resolutions. This is not an RS model.

Msi has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 24 years of breathing..!! Save yourself a headache and spend the extra dollars on a ibuypower it’s not worth the trash

after updating BRAND NEW OUT OF BOX computer this cumpuer blue screened and i have fallen victim to MSI poor QUILTY......taking back to bestbuy..........

Blue screen 4 times in the first 5 hours I owned it. I wanted this pc to work because the last 3 were all messed up as well. Don’t buy this.

Terrible computer for this kind of money. Bluescreens within first couple of weeks of owning, weirdly slow at basic tasks. Suggest not buying.

This pc gets the job done. 2070 Super is the best and i7 10700f. I have no problems running anything I am a gamer who plays Competitive. If you are looking for the best PC around this price range right now go for it.

Bought this set up about 2 weeks ago along with two monitors. The main monitor didn't come in until last Friday, so I wasn't really able to see the true potential until then. After hooking up the main monitor though, this set up has been amazing. Installation and set up was very easy and quick. I would advise to update all drivers though once you are up and running. Have ran a few games on it so far and no issues at all. Fans seem to work well also, highest temp I've seen was 60C while playing Modern Warfare and downloading Baldur's Gate 3 at the same time. Overall would recommend as a good start up, especially with how the part market is right now.

To those who are reading the other reviews and whom were very interested in this and saw the reviews and are now second guessing yourselves. I got an MSI dragon before and sadly it fried after 4 to 5 years due to my house wiring being almost 30 years and has recently died. RIPmy precious computer.. And now I need a new tower and this is what I decided on. Let me tell you why you shouldn't listen to the other reviews. Lots of people down talk or are just negative on MSI products because they have never used it and don't have the patience to learn it. Set up can be a challenge however if you are not used to the product and are fearful of your baby blowing up I strongly recommend getting geek squad membership. By doing so, they will come out, set it up for you ENTIRELY, stress free. No problems. Its a great gaming computer and is also fantastic for a digital artist. Furthermore, with geek squad membership should something happen they will help you or contact MSI directly for you to ship out to get repaired so you don't have to deal with contacting them yourself. Most issues they can remotely fix for you and you can have the luxury and joys of using this product without hassle if you are impatient like the other reviewers. However if you are up to the challenge of learning it yourself and being patient its definitely worth the hassle. By learning it yourself you familiarize yourself with MSI products and truly become one with this beautiful machine.

My kid has been playing with this pc for more than 3 years. it's working perfectly at a great performance.

Super fast and really quiet. I was ready to spend extra on an Origin PC, just for peace of mind, but this is a quality build with good components. It slices through games at 1440p and Photoshop is no match for this beast. The first thing I did was set a more aggressive fan profile in the BIOS and added a 3,000 rpm case fan on top. Now it runs cool and surprisingly quiet... Also, the case is very well thought out and exudes quality.

My dad bought this one for me for my birthday and it is awesome. I play games like league, apex, and fortnite and this system kills them. I also like the mouse and keyboard it came with, they light up and work great. MSI makes great PC so happy with it.

was excited about this pc since it has very good specs for the price an was able to get one after Christmas as well it was the last one had to drive a lil to go get it but thought it was worth it at the time. man was I wrong lol got it home an got everythin settled an plugged it in an never got a display with hdmi dp u name it nothing would display. took it to geek squad the next day an luckily they got back to me the same night (cause they had told me 3 days) an had told me that to jus get my money back that it could have been the motherboard or jus faulty hardware! what a disappointment since this was my first pc ever was so excited to get gaming
