I bought almost year ago and its still going its good

Looks great and came in fast haven’t hooked it up yet but I’ve heard a lot of good stuff I’m excited

I love my motherboard. I am still exploring all this board has to offer.

Great motherboard with quality feeling connections and it came with heatsinks for m.2's so thats a plus. One thing i didnt like was that my wifi did not work out of the box, I had to connect via LAN and manually download and update the drivers from the msi website which was more of a pain than it needed to be. Overall experience with it right now is pretty good, just be mindful you may have to do the same.

First time at a physical best buy. I felt great customer service, and like I was at the center of technology.

Worked great out if the box and was able to handle load from my pretty beefy 5950x cpu

Died after 4 months of normal use. And then one day I come back from a potty break and its dead. Try to power it on. Nothing its on then back off (short protection) so i peer into it unstall the gpu.. still wont turn on. Then the ram and fans and ssd. Nope wont turn on. Finally pulled the cpu out. And lo and behold it turn on. So i thought maybe its the cpu. I buy a new compatible cpu. And it still wont turn on. Bad board. Im going to try to rma it. This is really disappointing.

Absolute trash. Don't waste your money on this brick. Onboard graphics will not work without a bios update. Good luck updating without graphics. Must have an older USB drive, exact right size and generation, formatted to FAT32, download bios file, extract and rename. Remove battery and jumper pins to clear. plug in usb, push the flash button and hope for the best. Tried literally 25 different drives. Nothing! I spent 3 weeks on this before I decided to return the piece of trash only to find out it was past the return window.

Been finicky hates topostung when you change memory or gpu, or talk to it wrong. Could be it don't like the memory.

Will not power on and after confirming it was not the Power supply, graphics card, or cpu I realized it was a faulty product. Will be returning to get something different.

Junk right out of the box. I cannot believe Best Buy sells this thing. It CLEARLY says it's Ryzen 7 5000 series ready...guess what? It's NOT. Taking this garbage right back...
