loved this computer till fan ent out then video card went out in under a year. was during covid so trying to get it fixed was going to take months per MSI, so now it sits in closet and bought an ASUS.

Temps are low 144 fps every game would highly recommend

Love love love this guy! I've had this for years now and I love everything about it, he does perfectly for everything, from work to WoW, and doesn't complain. I love the colors and overall look. It travels well, even with me being a mess I've only had a few pieces snap out of place, but they snapped back in with no issues. It does get loud and hot, but it's a gaming PC, so that's expected. I haven't had any issues with it overheating, and I use a lap desk to protect myself.

Great speed and capability minus the fact that the screen flickers without turning on only discrete graphics. Once this is turned on the laptop only uses the dedicated graphics card which causes the laptop to get a lot warmer and also uses the battery life way too fast for mobile use unless you have a plug at all times.

I had to order TWICE to get the right laptop. The first one i got with memory issue and some errors, so I returned. The second one was good as I expected. However, my screen changes color from white to light blue when I use chrome or E. Give it 3 stars because I dont like the customer service at South Austin location.

Amazing! Runs games smoothly, storage wise now days you need more but still doesn't take away the performance and high quality screen display, slik design and it does heat up a little, just have to make sure is placed in a spaced out table/desk.

MSI laptops overheat.. my gpu fan is failing 55 days in from use. Going to bring it in for servicing.. but this is crazy. 55 days and the fan is making rumling rattling noises it is very concerning.

I just fired it up and love everything about it except the screen randomly goes black or scrambles.

Camera did not work. Called MSI for help, looked online forums, and searched everywhere I could think of but couldn’t get it to work. Spent hours trying different things but in the end returned it. Beautiful machine but I need a camera for work.

If you actually intend to put an Msi laptops impressive parts to the test, also be prepared to have to repair it every few months. It functions poorly as a stationary laptop because inevitably it will break and it functions poorly as a laptop because even with everything boosting battery life you might get 45 minutes of usage on a good day.
