This is my first MSI computer and I have not been disappointed. I have issues typing on the keyboard because the right shift key is smaller than a standard one which makes typing in passwords a little hard for me. The controls for the display brightness and volume are on the arrow keys and easy to adjust one handed. One thing that annoys me is the fan. It seems to only have three modes: off, barely on, then max rpm which is loud. I do not recommend using this laptop in your lap. You will want something between your legs and the computer. There is a cool feature where you can turn on all fans to max. The speakers are ok. They come out the side so they work better if the computer is on a table, but still not very good.

The only things that I dislike about this laptop is that it is paired with a weak intel processor (i7-10750h) rather than an intel i7-10875h or a ryzen 9 4900hs, and the weak poor quality speakers it has vs it’s competitors. But when this Laptop is put to the test it delivers. 100+ FPS max settings with RTX DX12 on warzone and Battlefield 5, really crisp and smooth display No shudder or washed out colors. The entire laptop feels like a solid and and very good quality nothing feels cheap or of low quality. RGB is very nicely done on this laptop and has different presets. Highly recommend this laptop if you could look past the weak processor and the very bad speakers or if you’re mostly gonna be using headphones/headset.

I purchased this for architectural work and not gaming but the capabilities for virtual reality which I needed to run Enscape and it's speed make it a great laptop. The fan does get loud at times which doesn't bother me but may be an issue for some. This is a heavy duty laptop and if you need a hard core worker then I would recommend. If you are looking for a thin lightweight one this isn't that. Also it looks super cool with the color full lights and has plenty of ports.

This laptop is the best for on the go gaming. An amazing battery life, beautiful graphics, and with the option for turning on turbo fans, its impossible for this thing to get warm even running ultra graphics. If you love gaming, but travel is part of your daily life, this is the answer. I did recently have an issue with my display going out, but they are working hard at fixing it, and i can't wait to be playing on it again.

After researching which gaming laptop to go with I decided to choose the MSI GE66 Raider. My confidence in MSI and their products gave me the confidence to purchase two devices as I have another member of my family interested in getting into gaming. Immediately upon receiving it I noticed the quality build, and hyper fast performance that I expect from this top of the line device. I look forward to the quality, one of a kind experience that MSI brings to the table.

Excellent laptop , good looking and powerful enough to do whatever I want. this machine runs very smoothly the interface the keyboard all of the nice little features. With the 2070 super I'm able to run of most of the newer games on high or very high settings without sacrificing performance. I am not disappointed with my choice. I very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this laptop for video/ photo editing and animation. So far so good. Handles huge videos in hd with high refresh rates effortlessly. I'm using a bunch of different Adobe programs including premiere pro, and animator with no hiccups. Screen is beautiful! Speed is perfect for impatient humans. Huge improvement in my project time. The keyboard and light bar are a fun addition. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase, and I'm cheap.

Great build quality! Battery life, if careful, is best in class. Performance is great, as expected.

MSI has put together a great package for this laptop. While not at the peak of the processor/GPU heap, it is nonetheless in the tier just below that with a 10th gen Core i7 and an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super graphics card onboard. If you're like me and wondering about the GPU flavors for laptops, the RTX 2070 Super is a step above the maxQ version in terms of relative performance. Yes, the form factor of the laptop may be slightly bigger (although this thing is on the diminutive side) and yes, the cooling required means a lot of fan noise, this thing just chews through games. Personally, I'm hoping to see more games that utilize ray tracing and DLSS 2.0, which this card can accommodate with its Tensor cores. The nice thing is, when they do, you'll be ready. The RGB on this model can be a little much for old guys like me, but it can be toned down or disabled. The rest of the design is subtle enough to take to a business meeting, even if you spend your evening in the hotel gaming on the sweet 240hz refresh display (warning, you will get quickly spoiled to this). Overall, a great little laptop that is a powerhouse when it needs to be.

Not a bad display, feels really snappy. The track pad is very responsive, haven't had any issues with Wifi disconnecting. the only negative for me is that it runs hot while playing games like Resident Evil 2 and 3, then again it's to be expected from a gaming laptop. The heating is a minor gripe since it hasn't interfered with my gaming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good intermediate gaming laptop!

It has performed better than I expected it too in every parameter! I mostly use it for video editing and it works awesome!

I've had the GE66 for a week now and it's vey impressive. Everything on it is fast, from the bootup to the processor to the WIFI (getting near 650 mbps throughout the house). The graphics are fantastic for a laptop. The only down side I've found is the speakers are pretty blah, they sound like their in a shoe box two feet behind the monitor. All I can say is wear headphones, go fast, be happy.

It is everything i expected and more! Powerful device, great screen, amazing battery life not to mention great design and the lights are beautiful. Highly recommended!!

It’s beautiful. Runs games buttery smooth. It’s a 2070 super. 32GB dual channel RAM goodness. Runs relatively cool. Fans aren’t super loud, only when cooler booster is on. Uses an interesting proprietary charger. This thing is pretty future proof for the price. And the 15.6” factor makes it super easy to carry around. This is a great machine with great cooling. loves led light bar.

best decision i have ever made, this laptop has it all, not only is it for a smooth and amazing gaming experience it can also be used for your school work and office work it also has an amazing color combination that is very mesmerizing to look at it even has different modes you can choose from battery saving mode to hard core gaming mode, over all would recommend this laptop

I have a desktop that is pretty beefy and wanted something to come close in matching the performance for when i go away on business trips. Simply put this thing is a powerhouse in my opinion. for something small it keeps high frames and has actually not to bad of a battery. it doesn't get to hot and stays consistent for being a laptop. Best purchase I've made in a while.

This laptop is beautiful, not only on the outside but the graphics make gameplay so much more enjoyable. I mostly play The Sims 4 and its able to handle the best settings possible with all my mods. The only con I have is the fans do kick in on the highest settings and they can be pretty noisy.

Was super easy to set up and is lightning fast. The graphics are out of this world. The whole package in this laptop is worth every penny. The 32 gig ram will come in very handy in the future with my high end gaming. Looking forward to putting it through so harder stress testing. Would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for something for gaming or daily use!

I am a student who likes to do computer games and when my old computer died, I replaced it with this computer and I love it. I play games with very high quality graphics and it plays like a dream and even when I put modifications in the game it stills runs smoothly like a dream. I find it very impressive that this laptop has 3 fans instead of the typical 1 fan. My PC has many fans but this computer runs games better than my PC that I've had for only 5 months. This is my go to when it comes to games when I'm not near my PlayStation. I'm either on this or my Nintendo Switch because they both run smooth like a dream and have amazing games. This laptop is #1 on my list for best PC/Gaming Computers cause this thing can run smooth and has a great battery life too. It's good for storage too where it has a terabyte which is a lot of storage for a laptop because your average has between 100-500 gigabytes. Everyone should definitely go buy this laptop.
