excellent workstations laptop. MSI dragon software can setting the fans speed manually, which can keep your laptop be quitely if you are staring microphone or max performance as max fans (super noise) Beware the weight, it use battery charger 240w which heavy than the laptop. If you want to buy this as a PC desktop, this is a great choices. If you need soemthing to moving somewhere, take the macbook 13'/15' M1 chip (strong cpu 5nm and long battery time)

I have had this laptop for a little over two weeks now and I am glad I pulled the trigger and bought it. I have been researching for weeks and when I found this. I was tossed up about building a PC or buying the laptop. I travel so I went with the laptop. The graphics in this thing are insane. I was a console player and with the new consoles coming out I don't think I will go back. I will be sticking with PC from now on. I can't stress enough that this is a great product.

First let me start of by saying this is the most i have ever spent on a computer so obviously my expectations are high. But since taking it out of the box this afternoon it has NOT disappointed!! Speeds are fastest ive ever had, the keyboard react time is unmatch from my previous devices. and the RGB lighting on keyboard/undercarriage is pretty awesome. I get buyers remorse quite often after big purchases ;like this but i must say it hasnt crossed my mind yet with this laptop.

Since buying this computer I've never had to wait more than a split second for anything to show on my screen or for computations to show for results. as for rendering complicated InDesign and other Adobe projects, this machine is most wonderous in speed and agility. Most amazing tool for speed and for anything one wants to do on the internet or for any kind of digital work or play. I've owned this machine for about six weeks and I look forward to many months of great service.

I had this laptop for a month now and I'm very satisfied! Everything is great except its audio. But I use Arctis 7 headset when I'm gaming so it's not a big deal. I always look on thermals when it comes to laptop and this one is on point! Playing some AAA games like Warzone, AC: Odyssey and Witcher 3. So far my highest was 83C CPU temp, 69C GPU temp. Display is great and keyboard is great as well. Hands down the the best laptop you can get at this price. Highly recommended!

I just recently bought this laptop and I have to say it is one of the best laptop you can get out there for the price. This laptop is so much better than the Alienware that is around the same price. This has a great screen and it has a really powerful graphics card. The RGB light in the front and the keyboard are so beautiful too look at night. I can play all my games in high and do video editing at the same time. If you are shopping for a laptop this is the one to pick.

I have had a laptop for over 6 years ! I always do research on buying something especially something im going to use everyday like a laptop. For the money this is the best performance available, It also is very very cool laptop and quiet. And the best part! nothing is embedded into the Mother board so everything is up-gradable which is very important if you want a computer to last you so many years. This is my first MSI and i have had it over 2 weeks and im impressed!

Not much to say but graphics are great, runs most games at max settings wonderfully, all around a good laptop.

While this was originally bought to replace my last laptop I found myself completely surprised by it. My previous laptop was constantly having issues with throttling due to excess heat. The minecraft RTX Demo almost killed it. But not this new laptop, it was able to run it and not even kick up the fans. If you are looking for a gaming/production laptop you couldn't do any better. The 10th Gen Intel works great with the above average memory that you start with compared to other laptops. Ya that is right, this laptop has 2x the memory stock then laptops that cost even more. Then there is the 1tb SSD. Most others have SSD, some even have the m.2 SSD but none that I looked at came stock with a 1tb m,2 SSD except MSI. Alienware that cost almost 700 bucks more still only had 512 gig SSD. Best of all is that with all the ports on the laptop I never need to sacrifice one add on to be able to plug in another. I could go on and on repeatedly about how good the laptop is, how everything just works and works well. I could get into detailed specifics on temps, speeds, etc and everyone could have something to read that anyone else could tell you. However to put it plain and simple and to answer the question that anyone who reads the reviews wants to know I can say.. Buy the laptop, you won't regret it and you will be glad that you did.

This thing is an absolute beast! 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, i7 10th Generation processor and some of the best graphics out there. I've wanted to replace my outdated laptop for some time (HP Envy 360 17", 2-in One, 8GB RAM and a slow 5200 RPM hard drive). It was still working great, was in like new condition, but sadly, had no trade-in value. Also at 17" and at about 5.2 pounds, it was somewhat cumbersome in my backpack when I traveled. I wanted something faster, smaller and lighter in weight for travel. I wasn't sure which laptop I wanted so I spent a lot of time comparing features before I decided on the MSI - GE66 10SFS 15.6" Gaming Laptop I don't buy a new computer each time a new one hits the market . Whatever I but has to last me for a long time. I am not a gamer, yet despite the high cost and because of the features and highly favorable reviews, I kept returning to the MSI - GE66 10SFS 15.6" Gaming Laptop. I should also state that despite the favorable reviews, these things are scarce. I finally located 1 in stock at a local Best Buy. It had also just been marked down $100. I was fortunate to get the only one in stock. PRO: Processor, RAM, 1TB SDD, Graphics. Positive consumer reviews. CON: #1 Scarcity in stores> #2 There was a tiny grain of sand between the the protective film and the lid which I was unable to remove. It's only a cosmetic flaw, but with the cost of this laptop, it shouldn't have gotten past quality control. #3 The charging box of the power supply is like a brick. Consequently, instead of getting a lighter computer, I now have one that weighs almost 1/2 pound more that my old one. These are not deal breakers for me, but potential buyers should be aware of them.

I got this in January 2021 for working from home after my old computer was not up to the challenge. It handled video meetings where I needed to present media amazingly- no slowing down or freezing up on me. It is bulky and the battery pack is kind of a giant. but I can't complain because on top of doing everything I need it to for work I can also run games at top performance

I needed a fast laptop for work to run multiple heavy programs simultaneously (AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D). I was tired of lagging machines wasting my time. I have only had this laptop a few days but what would have taken me at least an hour to do on my previous laptop, I was able to do in 20 minutes in the MSI one. So far, I have been able to simultaneously run multiple programs with incredibly fast processing speed. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have been wanting a gaming laptop for years. I love that msi has the colorful keyboards and this one is even better than other models over the years I've looked at because even the front changes colors. I'm absolutely in love with it. I love gaming and I am doing a lot of video editing I'm making a dvd for my 80 year old grandparents of all the pictures of my children with them so this laptop provides the ability for me to do this. I have had MSI in the past and they have not failed me, so when I saw the black Friday deal for the MSI GE66 Raider laptop I purchased it. It is an excellent gaming laptop, don't forget to turn on the cooling boost to maxize the fans and keep the internal heat down. The 15.6 at 240hz is a nice upgrade. The only downside is that the speakers are not loud enough and seem to really be muffled. For this reason I returned and found another laptop that is actually better all the way around and has exceptional loud speakers.

I’m a full time graphic designer and part time photographer. This laptop handles everything I’ve thrown at it. I run Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, CorelDraw, Inkscape, Lightroom, and Photoshop Elements (I bounce around a lot) almost always at the same time and normally have several browser tabs open all at once. There has been zero issues. I don’t game, but I have been looking into gaming laptops for my designs for a while now. My Acer Aspire 2 in 1 was showing it’s age after five years. The only things that would make this laptop better for me would be touch screen and a dedicated number pad. From what I’ve read, I understand gamers aren’t concerned with those two. I also have a Surface Pro 7, so I’m covered on the hand drawing. All in all, great device—great memory and storage (this is what decided my purchase), extremely fast loading my software, and pretty neat keyboard backlighting.
