Bought this as a replacement for my old MSI that just stopped working (will get it fixed though). This laptop is great, screen resolution, brightness, video cards is awesome. I work with VFX and it is perfect for that. I have bought another SSD HD to add to it as I need more storage. But I would def recommend this one. And the price is pretty attractive.

We were looking for a machine that could handle digital animation and effects. After comparing several, we settled on this model. It has exceeded our expectations from the display to how smooth applications are running. We are looking forward to cranking out several new digital shorts and not have to worry if the computer can handle the load.

The 2070 super is not a max-q, which means it preforms really well in gaming and editing. Love it.

I had recently been wanting to upgrade my PC but decided that with the amount of travel I do, a gaming laptop would be better. I have had the laptop now for just about a week and I love it! I am able to connect it to my monitor at home as well as being able to connect my wired keyboard and mouse. All the games I have are running great and have no issues. So overall, I would say this is a great laptop and would definitely go it again.

Went from playing games on a Mac to playing things on this beast of a laptop. Has done everything I could have possibly asked of it even while stuck playing on WiFi and has looked ridiculously cool while doing it. This thing will last you quite a long time running amazingly if it’s what you decide on for your pc gaming needs. While it may not be custom built, it has incredible performance and value in such a portable package.

Not much to say about this but MSI hit it out of the park. This model is also only available at BB. I upgraded my memory and hard drives for even more power (not needed) but wow the baseline is incredible to begin with! This beats Razer, Lenovo, Asus, etc. right now and it is a good time to buy as this should last you a good several years.

This may be the nicest laptop I've ever had, all things considered. The size, speed, and weight of the machine check all of the boxes. Not to mention, it tears through any game I've thrown at it so far. The screen is amazing. It's bright, and shows next to no tearing without vsync on, probably because it's a 240hz panel. If you are in the market for something like this, this laptop is a no brainer. Hands down.

just transferred over from a mackbook-pro, and this thing is blazing fast. I am using it to edit videos with DaVinci Resolve (free version). This little laptop is kicking it. Stomps the MAcBook Pro. I will enjoy this laptop for some time to come. I can't say enough about it.

Nice screen with Full HD. Liked not having to decrapify anything, just the usual Microsoft apps. Plenty of horsepower to run apps and programs. Have not had any cooing issues or loud fan noise. It's nice to be able to open one handed. With the i7-10750H, 32 Gb of ram, RTX 2070 Super and 1 Tb SSD it should be future proof for a long time. The keypad is quite a change from my previous notebook and will take some time to get used to it. The power brick is large. I do wish it had a fingerprint scanner.

I am a flight attendant and bought it because I needed gaming on the go and I was blown away. It gets a little hot but I get upwards of 180-220 fps on Valorant maxxed out and the 240 hz screen was able to show me a difference from my 160hz monitor at home. Also the rgb being completely customizable made it a joy to look at. I definitely recommend it for anybody looking for a thin but serious gaming laptop!

Considering I have never owned a top tier computer I have to base the rating on the laptop within it's class.. love it so far. The light weight body is a great upgrade compared to my msi Apache. But the flexibility of the screen and its housing, is a little concerning. The battery life is another huge improvement over my older msi. The flexible screen and the price are why I give it 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars if the price was closer to 1600 to 1700.

I have had a couple MSI gaming laptops before this one, and this by far is the best I have owned. All of the laptops performed well, the speed and multi tasking capabilities have been amazing. My criticism of the previous ones was the screen quality. It was always just, ok. But with this one, the quality of image, brightness, color and 240hz response time is fantastic ! I would highly recommend !

I'm not the most familiar with computer specs, but this laptop hit all the marks I was looking for: great storage, fast performance and an aesthetically pleasing laptop. I've had this laptop for only a few days and have enjoyed discovering all that is has to offer. Games run smoothly on it and programs like Sony Vegas and Photoshop mesh well. Highly recommend as either a gaming laptop or for personal use!

This computer is beautiful & is lighter than I expected. The light bar looks great & keyboard is very comfortable. Speakers are not very good but that's easily resolved with headphones or external speakers. Excellent screen clarity & detail on HD videos. The specs are amazing for the price. Would definitely recommend based on my experience so far. Will update after I've logged some gaming hours.

It's been years since I've purchased a new PC and I spent a long time comparing models before deciding on this laptop. I ultimately went with the ge66 Raider because I knew it would last for some time given the specs. I also wanted something I knew would effortlessly run pretty much anything I threw at it. I haven't been disappointed so far. So far it has run everything in my Steam library flawlessly at max settings with no frame drops or stuttering. The SSD was a big selling point and the difference in load times is noticeable. The display is beautiful and crisp. I was worried about going down to a 15" from the 17" I had but I'm so drawn in by the vivid colors and quality that I don't even notice. The RGB lighting is cool. It wasn't a selling point for me and I could take it or leave it, but it is a neat feature. The glow of alternating colors in the forward lightbar is strangely calming. I saw some other reviews that said the fan gets super loud and the laptop can get hot. I've noticed it gets warm while gaming but it's nothing unexpected given the hardware packed into the laptop. The only time the fan is noticeably loud is when I manually set the fan speed to its highest using the function key - it hasn't reached that fan speed on its own while gaming - yet. It took me a while to pull the trigger because of the price point but now that I have it I'm glad I finally picked it up. This is my first MSI laptop and if the performance continues then I'll be a customer for life.

It's too perfect. Money well spent. Powerful and beautiful laptop for just $2100. I never thought that I will love this one. I recommend this laptop for beginner or pro gamer. It's not that heavy and the thermal doesnt exceed 90c even on Charge. You can also edit and play with the RGB. RTX 2070 Super is bomb! very good graphics. I can't stop using this laptop! I just love it. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

I have only had the computer a few days now but so far I am really impressed. It runs like a champ and is superfast. I was able to download my software and files with ease. Besides the great the functionality of this computer, I absolutely love the backlit rgb keys, and the cool light bar. I am looking forward to seeing everything this computer can do. It might just make me become a gamer.

The best laptop I have ever owned hands down. I bought it a month ago and have started buying AAA games just to see how well it runs them. So far every game Ive thrown at it has run flawlessly. Does everything my children and I want it to. Kind of loud and can get hot pretty quickly if not using the fan but pretty good

Amazing graphics and ram. Buy it if you’re into Pc gaming.
