I’ve had the computer for two days and barely had time to mess with it. Had everything I was looking for in a gaming laptop. The temperatures didn’t get too high and the machine was beast! Ran the games I wanted to perfectly with the little time I had with it. Only problem was it would not charge. Plugged it in and would not register that the charger was in it and eventually just died on me. Went to go get it looked at and Best Buy told me they would have to ship it to get fixed and it would be around 8 weeks. Very disappointed in the overall outcome and didn’t want to wait 8 weeks when I just bought it so in the end I just received my money back. I’m sure what happened to me was rare. Computer was great but Best Buy helping me was not a good experience.

Super fast so far - had a couple falls due to my own stupidity but still works like normal. I debated between a Razor and this MSI and decided on this one. I have no regrets.

Absolutely amazing laptop. Everything you could ask for and more. This is my first MSI, but it won't be my last. Phenomenal display, amazing keyboard, and the specs speak for themselves!

I have had a gaming laptop or computer since 2008 with the dell XPS. This laptop has been amazing, so far I haven’t run anything too crazy just final fantasy 14, company of heroes, and Wurm online all on high settings without an issue. This version of the laptop seems to be a Best Buy exclusive and honestly after looking at other retailers is a solid deal. The fans do run loud but if you’re playing in a place with any background noise or with headphones they’re really nothing. The key board is kind of cramped but you get used to it. Also the dragon center bugged out on me I had to re install it through google chrome and not Microsoft edge.

Nice compact size that packs a punch. Use mostly for Image and video editing. I have played Star Craft 2 at full settings and runs great! Wish it had a Thunderbolt 3 port!

Hands down the best laptop I've ever owned. This is slick and runs everything I've thrown at it in top quality. It certainly lives up to the hype and I understand all the perfect reviews behind it. I have two complaints though. First, the power button is a keyboard key right next to the delete key. While typing, I hit the power button by accident a few times, which is annoying placement. My second issue is with the huge powercore. This is what the outlet plug plugs into, which is connected by another cord that goes to the laptop. This is a BRICK. What's worse is the long cord is the part that goes from the wall to the powercore, and the short cord goes from the powercore to the laptop. I wish it was the other way around. When I'm in bed on the laptop, I have to have the brick size powercore with me, since the cord is too short to leave on the floor. Aside from that it's a great machine. If you're looking for next level gaming, this is where it's at. Thank you MSI.

My husband loved this gift. He is like a little kid attached to his video game now. Graphics are great. It keeps up with all modern gaming too.

This works great with all of my programs I use for work. It also runs games great!! I’m so excited and I love it. The RGB lights are off the chain and the screen is crazy good.

This MSI laptop is powerful and quick. I’m not a gamer, I use it for video content creation and live streaming with vMix. The lighting is cool too. I would buy it again.

Very satisfied. Purchased an Asus in December 2019 (i7, RTX 2060) and this is a noticeable increase in performance all around - higher resolution, more detail and more frames. I did a side by side comparison of AC: Odyssey and Modern Warfare to check. Also a lot of "quality of life" features - ports in the back, min display port, specific power cable that clicks in place. Wasn't sure how I would feel about the lack of Gsync but I honestly can't tell a difference either on the screen or connected to my TV.

I am loving my new ge66 raider so far. the laptop has all the specs i need to game and have a speedy rendering for certain programs i use. i really enjoy the keyboard as well.

Honestly, I truly wanted to keep this laptop. Loved the frame rates, the speed and the 15.6" screen with the 240 Hz. Truly, truly loved it. Unfortunately, for me the fan noise (even after playing with the various settings) was just too much, so I returned it. Since my issue with fan noise is rather subjective, I did not downgrade my rating of this laptop, just be aware. Hoping to move up to the 17 inch RTX 3070 Raider, which should have better cooling, improved speaker sound and (hopefully) less fan noise. I plan to stay with MSI. Now, if only Best Buy can get them in stock!

This is one of the best gaming and design laptop I bought! I love the graphics, the rainbow lights, everything is just beautiful. Recommended 10/10 for gamers and designers!

I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this gaming laptop. (PROs) - Screen looks fantastic with rich colors and sharp images. - Keyboard led and light bar is really cool with endless color and effect options - Runs games great - Massive battery and will give you a decent amount of screen time when not plugged in - Plenty of usb ports and built-in sd card input - Classic laptop body styling - Weight is good for a gaming laptop (CONs) - Build quality is not the best as there are some structurally weak spots that should avoid physical force. (examples include: under the front touch light bar, under the laptop and the bezel below the laptop screen) - Internal laptop speakers seem flat and weak (but you'd probably be using headphones or external speakers instead) - Gets hot when running games (so don't put the laptop on your lap or put chocolate around your laptop exhausts) - Power brick is massive/heavy

I absolutely love this laptop! Fast, powerful, and most importantly, it's reliable. I would highly recommend that you get this laptop when it's on sale.

Great computer, I bought it just to edit, not much of a gamer. & compared to my previous Laptop, this is a beast, i have not experienced any bugs, recomment it!

Can never go wrong with MSI, just depends on your needs. Upgrading from the GE62 Apache Pro, the size is smaller, the display is nicer, the 240hz really shows itself (i've used 60hz), every game i've tried so far has very good FPS rates, not even any dips while playing Horizon Zero Dawn on a high/ultra mix. Nice as it is, my previous laptop maintained about 45fps playing Tropico 6. New or experienced gamer, I'd recommend this guy to anyone who has the chance to invest a bit. It's worth every penny, and personally, I love the RGB bar in the front. You can turn it off, if you like. No biggie.

This laptop is the best I’ve found! I can use it for work & for gaming . It’s speed is top notch and I haven’t had to battle any lag time. I highly recommend!!
