I bought this to last into retirement at least which is in 3 years or so. The laptop itself is okay but I'm not much of a fan of it. The biggest problem was that the LAN adapter randomly disappeared and I couldn't connect using ethernet, only WiFi. That isn't bad but I expect my main system to use ethernet. I mainly use this for gaming so this review won't be useful to most who love Windows for some reason. I'm primarily a Mac user and when I get settled, I'll be building a PC again. This laptop also came with scratches all around the laptop itself. I nearly returned it but I needed something at the time. Now I have the M1 Macbook Pro for everything other than gaming. With newer GPUs out now, this system is not worth getting today but it shall last the next 3 years. If not, then I won't be playing games until I get a PC built.

This laptop would get 5 stars if it didn't have wifi issues. I have tried several fixes online, including downloading and installing drivers from the MSI website. The internet disconnects with some kind of gateway error constantly no matter what I do. It's the only device that behaves this way in our house.

It is a great computer so far I have played several triple a in graphics and have performed at maximum without staying and it has a good cooling system

Excellent laptop. Far lighter and more powerful than what I'm replacing. 32GB of memory means plenty for multi-tasking, running concurrent virtual machines, and gaming. The screen is bright and clear.

I bought this for my son who is a big gamer (I wish he wasn’t!). He is extremely happy with it and has zero complaints even though the screen size is smaller than his previous computer. Very happy!

Very nice gaming laptop screams gamer all day and with plenty of power to do it, 240hz panel is smooth with good colors. A+ in my book and awesome upgrade from my alien ware laptop more bang for the buck.

I got a GS-66 w/ 2070 max q which was great. But I wanted a laptop for GAMING and the GE-66 is it! With a 2070 super and all the awesome and infinite lighting options this laptop is just about perfect.

Laptop is gorgeous inside and out! Very fast boot. Large backlit keypad. Loving the dragon shield on the lid adds a nice touch. The buying process online made it easy to shop, buy, and pickup.

One of the best gaming laptops in the market. I I had it for almost a 3 weeks now. I faced some issues with the light bar initially but, once I restarted the PC .... everything worked fine.

What a beast the only problem is that adding the 400 dollar for the protection plans is crazy while most of the stores offer 3 year protection for 99 dollar or even 88 dollars for 3 years.

Solid laptop, fan can be a little noisy at times but this doesn't happen too often. Does everything I need it to do, the 240hz display is amazing on the laptop. Highly recommended.

So I been have this laptop for almost about month now and honestly I don’t with regret the purchase is very good and very powerful and I love it and games makes more fun overall 10/10 I love it

INCREDIBLE! it's my first time buying a gaming laptop and it's one of my best decision, I was able to run everything in maximum setting rendering is couple times faster than my previous desktop and laptop, and with the 240HZ screen, editing is easier. It is not actually that heavy for me to carry around!

Finally decided to invest in new gaming laptop after my 5 year old laptop just couldn’t keep up with the new games. This one works great and I really liked the price. Great value.

Bought this laptop for gaming purposes. Wanted to play Warzone on a PC and also some Steam titles that are not available on PS4. Super simple to set up, and the RGB lighting is so cool.

Great computer! I use this for work and gaming, lots of multi-tasking in my line or work, multiple monitors, meetings, streams. works flawlessly!!

Laptop works as advertised. Had no issues using it for high-level simulations in aerospace tech. Highly recommended for anything that requires a lot of good hardware to run properly.

really great laptop, only reason i returned it is because it got really really hot and threw too much hot air out all sides, besides that no problems and is really really fast!

I have been using the laptop for a year now. Superb build quality and display. It tends to get a bit hot, but performance is unimpacted.
