This laptop screen comes precracked - I exchanged it and the new one did the same thing - the 32gb of ram can’t even open file explorer. I will update after a day of use to see if after all my updates it can finally open file explorer on this second laptop. I really really just want to use it :(

This laptop is an absolute beast. I picked this over the GS66 because of the extra 16GB of RAM and the Super instead of the Max-Q 2070. Even though my (hopefully still) future wife was a little shocked at the price tag, it will be worth it to be able to bring my Oculus rift S to friend's and family's houses for special occasions and not have to haul my desktop or have a TV to hook up to. I'm really looking forward to seeing what the future has to hold for this machine! The form factor is good. A bit bulky, but feels rugged and premium. The 240Hz screen is snappy and the color is great. The speakers create a great 3D effect, but are a little flat as far as bass is concerned. Fans are pretty quiet considering what they are trying to cool. The RGB lighting is one of the more impressive integrations that I have seen. Tons of customization and lots of cool presets. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I loved this laptop up until the hinges broke (11 months after purchase) due to manufacturing defect. I do NOT recommend this laptop for the price point due to the cheap hinge design. However, the graphics in this laptop are amazing and the laptop is good internally.

This computer received so many good reviews. You can imagine my disappointment when I had to return it because of screen flickering issues. It was a few days old when I was able to bring it back to Best Buy to have the Geek Squad take a look. The Geek Squad guy was able to immediately see the screen flickering and said to go grab a new one. He said he had never seen an issue like this before. So, when I got home I set the new computer up and I had the same issues!! I packed it up and returned the next day. I looked online and I see others had the same problem I was having. It was a great price for a highly rated computer but the company has some kinks to work through. Also, this computer has poor sound quality. The speakers should be put in the front to optimize sound.

With the factory settings, when I watched videos the color would repeatedly switch to a blue hue and then back. The issue seemed to be with the Intel GPU because it did not happen when I switched to Nvidia. I tried updating the Intel drivers, but the problem got even worse and would occur when using browsers, Word, and Excel. I saw on forums that others have complained about this problem as well. I was not able to fix it and ended up returning the laptop.

Theres a better one that released and its the same price im so sad

The audio drivers are horrendous. Constant and recurring issues. Dont use for streaming. Difficulty with simple hardware devices and many driver issues. Outside if actually using the computer for advertised potential.... good screen and playing many games fine. Opens cyber punk.

its very loud with under load, the W key popped off and instead of them sending me a new one they wanted me to pay to have the whole unit sent in to be fixed, for a 10 dollar key, I always bought msi before but after that I think im done.

I bought it for my son and he seems to be satified overall.

MSI computer is fine but the design is unnecessary and easily breakable. My monitor frame broke after 2 years suddenly.

I bought this laptop and at first it was fine. But after a week it started to work much more slower. Moreover, at some points it was even lagging, which, I think, isn't normal for a brand new laptop.

I used only 2 days this laptop, it was very fast on day 3rd after system updates it required for a restart, when I restarted it goes to bois and the board was not running at all. Returned back

Has to be one of the most overrated laptops in my personal use a lot of pausing between games and constant blue screen

been using it for three years now and its still going strong. honestly im super happy with it and dont really have any complaints. i know that makes me sound like a bot but seriously, i cant think of any problems ive had with it. its now getting really hot playing a league game but i have cleaned this sucker in 3 years. id say thats pretty good lol.

I bought this item for my friend , who is in India , He is saying that this laptop is not good as expected , He is not not happy with this laptop. Some times some noise is coming from laptop , some times flickering the screen. Due to COVID I can not get that laptop back . Due to this problem I need to send another laptop to him . Really my friend is not happy . He can not send that laptop to USA to return to store. Best regards Prasad

Huge quality issues with the item. Within 1 year I have experience sound issues because the horrible program called niahmic that is pre installed on the laptop. The worse has to be the keyboard as some of the keys would just stop working for no apparent reason. Highly do not recommend this product

I've had this laptop for 6 months and one of the hinges just. Snapped. A $2,000 laptop. Are you serious? I've had much cheaper computers wirh actual damage done to them hold up better instead of this gold-plated garbage just. Snapping for no reason.

Less than 2 years old and my hinge just snapped. Barely any use and totally normal up and down motion. About to find out if the warranty is longer than two years…
