Customers have good things to say about the GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING Z's performance, cooling capabilities, and high frame rates in games. Many appreciate its price-to-performance ratio and the attractive RGB lighting. However, some customers note that the card is quite large and heavy, requiring a spacious computer case. Concerns were also raised regarding the limited availability of ray tracing support in games.

Amazing graphics card for almost everyone

I upgraded to this from a GTX 1060, and just wow. The RGBs look nice if you're into that, it's quiet and runs cool for such a monster card. I game in 2560x1080 @ 75Hz, and this can keep up at 75 fps in every game I own with settings maxed, with the occasional dip to around 65 fps.
This is a really tall card at over 6"!!! It fits in my case but i had to kink the power cables so they aren't too smashed by the glass panel. Make sure you have enough space in your PC case before you buy one!
Considering the price of GTX 1070 and up at time of buying, this was absolutely the right choice for me. If you want a RTX card for the new features that aren't really in use yet, then a 2080 or probably 2080ti will be a better choice.

If you’re in the market for a high-end graphics card the options today are greater than they have been in a long time. But it also suffers from extremes in pricing. You can get models that have been available for the last two years or you can pay a premium if your buying on the high-end. The good news is the older models hold up very well and are now more affordably priced than they have been for most of 2018. The MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z is a very nice graphics card. It is fast and looks great. Since this is the new Nvidia RTX product line it has technology and supports features that are really not even available. The primary complaint of the MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z card will be the price because this card is an excellent performer and looks great. It is very quiet and if you can afford it and have done your homework you will probably really like it. Just keep in mind that you are paying for new technology and in the history of computers you can never be sure if the technology in the RTX products will be adopted by new games and even more importantly the games you play. I give Nvidia credit for offering new technology but the fact is it takes years before you will know if the choices they made will be supported by the developers who actually produce the games we play and love. RTX cards have a higher price for a reason and the MSI Gaming Z has done a great job with their version.

This card is probably the best RTX class card in relation of price to performance. Runs very cool and very quiet. Not having an issue running game from 2018 and earlier at 1440p and Max setting at 60fps. Just be aware, this card needs a power supply that supports both an additional 6 and 8 pin PCIE connectors.

Wanted to upgrade my current card to enable VR. This card can take it. All of my games, I can play on full resolution and it doesnt even struggle. 60fps across the board.
One word of warning, this is huge card. You might have to do some cable management to get everything back to where it needs to go.

I upgraded form 1080p to 1440p G-sync abouit a year ago. I was very happy with my 1060 6Gb at 1080p, but it didn't quite lock the frames I wanted at 1440p. I upgraded to the MSI RTX Gaming Z and am very happy with it. It locks in at 144Hz on max in almost every game I play.
I am not a big RGB fan, but with Mystic Light I control the lights to a Nvidia green and really like the look.
RTX and DLSS is only in few games so far (BFV) and it does take a hit in performance for little gain in effects, but it does make a difference if your wiling to loose some frames.
Great Card!

I loved this card, it handle every titled I had ATM. MSI really had a good design for this card and the included support bracket was nice to have since the card was heavy and sagged. Temps never exceed 75C on Ultra or high setting.

This card is great. Huge card, nearly 3 slot wide. Powerful, quiet, just a beast when gaming. Purposely bought before the Super cards were released because of price cuts. Price dropped even further within 14 days of buying and Best Buy graciously price matched when asked.

Able to get solid 160 fps in mostly every game. Its going to cost you if your trying to get those frames so if you have the money for it, get it. The RGB is beautiful Msi cards have the best rgb when it comes to their graphics cards,

The GeForce RTX 2070 is an all around good card, really fast, can handle all games at high settings. I love that it’s super quiet even when the fans kick in. The RGB lighting is a good touch to these cards it’s not super annoying and can be controlled by using the MSI Mystic app. The only downside is the price and I understand it’s because it’s a new technology they are using for these new cards.

I got the founders edition at first but felt that it was underperforming so I exchanged it for the MSI. It’s a night and day comparison it’s much quieter, runs cooler, and is much more stable at it’s boost clock.

Great performance, super solid and a great power/price ratio. If you want to see the RGB lights around the fans, plan on doing a vertical mount PCIe with an extension.

It is currently the most expensive graphic card I purchased. Before this card, I purchased a 32" hd monitor. My old graphic card just don't have the power to make the game work correctly. The motion is jerky and picture quality is low. It is totally different with this card. Everything pops. This card should be good for the next 5 years. It should support new features that will be available for the new games. I do recommend this card for gamers who demand the best for their gaming experience.
