||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Normally an EVGA/Nvidia graphics card patron (own a 970 and 1070) but bought this MSI card based on its specs/features. It's a HUGE card with truly great performance but sadly a high failure rate, as reviews on NewEgg and Amazon confirm. Took a chance anyway (it can't happen to me!) Ran the card hard for the first week gaming at 4K with excellent frame rates at high/ultra settings in some demanding games--very pleased. Day 16 and computer initially fails to post. Reboot ok, started game, then crash to desktop...then sparklies and glitches...then black screen of death. All I can say is it pays to be a Best Buy Elite member for the extended return period. Returned card for an EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC Ultra Gaming. Stickin' with what works (fingers crossed...)

Worked for a month

This graphics card worked great for about a month, however it recently started crashing numerous times. I have not been able to have my computer running for more than about 5 minutes without a crash and the screen freezing. I’ve tried removing the card and ensuring all the connections are properly in place but nothing seems to be working. I’m going to try to return this but knowing the Best Buy policies, that will probably not work. I’d recommend spending your money on another GPU.
