So I had a couple AMD computers and apparently the RAM works a bit differently. With my other computers I would use maybe half whereas this would max it out. Added a stick for $30 and good to go! Also had slot for extra storage but for now I have a little Micro SD reader.

Needs an instant ram upgrade 8 gigs is not enough but it can tun halo infinite on high settings without any frame drop it just has to be the only thing running

Has been nothing but trouble since getting it. First the hard drive failed. Then the hard drive connection failed. Now the Wi-Fi is miserably weak. No camera, despite it looking like it would have one. Fan always running loudly. So much for a "new upgraded laptop" - the only thing better about this than my 4 year old gaming laptop is the graphics... On a significantly smaller screen. I hate everything about this thing and I wish I could return it.

So far I'm loving it, I play a lot of games on it through Xbox. I play online with no issue, tried different games to push it. The fans can be a little loud but I bought a Klim cooler and it works beautifully. I got it on sale and feel it was worth it.

Awesome! It’s been great so far. I use it for both university work & gaming & runs smooth at every second. I’ve never had an issue running many tabs/programs at the same time for school or Valorant with friends!:)

This laptop is exactly what I needed for my grandson, he wanted a gaming pc and this lap top is a great for online gaming. He is very happy with it.

Really good laptops for beginning pc gaming, especially for the price. It goes on sale for 899 pretty often so keep a eye out for it. It's also amazing for everyday school work, but won't recommend for any photo or film editing.

Decent laptop with RTX3060. 144 Hz screen is great. 512GB SSD is nice. 8GB is okay (ideal would have been 16GB)

Great product and value for money given configuration. You cannot get a 3060 laptop at this price point. Wish RAM was 16GB but if you check, you may be able to upgrade it. I have not done myself yet. Great job Best Buy!

Bought it so that I could play Elder Scrolls Online when away from my PC. It runs ESO well, but it sometimes gets a bit hot while I'm playing.

Product is only ok. My laptop camera did not work and battery life is very short when not hooked up to the power supply.

I give this laptop a 4 out of 5 only because it lokes to overpower itself while playing any game

Replaces an old notebook for my daughter. This is doing all the things she wants + has room for the future

Is a really good laptop at a low price, but, if u want to play hard games like Warzone, you must install 8gb of ram more, bc just with 8 you can't play.

Don't trust bestbuy ........ garbage stuff ..... Listen to me now and thank me later. I purchased it and stopped working after 3 months.. and been at the MSI repair center since 4 weeks, waiting for the motherboard replacement. A mere garbage! When it start heating I LITERALLY CANNOT TOUCH THE SURFACE .............. Stuck with this trash for the next a few years!

MY MSI laptop computer is so far providing a very good experience. I appreciate the recommendation of the salesman in matching my needs to laptop that was in my price range and available for purchase.

Excellent laptop, exactly what I was looking for. Only had 1 issue so far. When I hadn't turned it on for a while, windows started freaking out and wasn't working. Seems fine now.

5 stars and a great deal on to them is a good deal of a good time and a great opportunity for a good man to take on their business and the opportunity to work in the industry for the most

Decent machine, mildly annoying that there’s no video over usb-c/thunderbolt, makes it so can’t use a docking station.
