Very nice gaming laptop. Just what I was looking for!

The laptop us value for money as it should be The three starts are for the hassle in delivery (sent under wrong name) with multiple contradictions faced with customer service.

The display itself is mediocre, and you need more than 8gb of ram, but otherwise the specs are amazing for the price. It didn't run overly hot either.

I bought it for my brother to use in college for his research. Died after three months when he tried to refresh the silicone (thermal paste). This is a very normal routine thing to do, especially since this device gets super hot! No one was able to fix it and now it's a piece of junk.

Died and wouldn't ever turn back on after less than TWO YEARS of owning it. Yikes.

Bought it for my son for school and gaming. I either got a defective one something. The first thing we did was let it charge completely, but the battery last less than an hour. When it's plug in the computer shuts itself off after 10 min of running normal stuff. I had no clue why, but didn't want to deal with it.

If you plan on using this remote only... it's a great laptop... I bought this laptop because of the 3060 and the value at 849. When playing games on the laptop it runs great, gets hot like any other laptop, but maintained steady FPS. The problem i ran into is that i wanted to use this laptop docked and plugged into a monitor for when im home. I have the samsung g5 ultrawide 3440x1440 at 165hz... This laptop has an hdmi port which caps 1440p at 100hz but i saw it had 2 usb type C ports that SHOULD broadcast type c into display port to give me that 165hz. Unfortunately MSI chose to use these 2 ports to only be data transfer and have 0 availability for video output.... So even then i figured id still play my games at 3440x1440 at 100hz over hdmi but the external display stutters in game! the only fix is to close the lid of the laptop, and restart the computer EVERY TIME. And ontop of that being dumb, closing the lid leads to more heat. Very poor design. Will be returning.

Good GPU (3060) but it is cheap, loud, and heavy. Okay starter gaming laptop

This 3060 is the MAX-Q of 3060 mobile. I think the gtx 1660ti is much better than this one.

Nice build overall, like the style but there is just one issue that is solvable. Hopefully this can be addressed or fixed soon. Switching from DGPU to IGPU will crash the system causing it to freeze requiring a hard reset. The fix is by turning auto mode of in Nvidia Control panel to use always DGPU

Computer was very good for the first week then it started to freeze up .would have to restart and then it would work for ten minutes and freeze again.going to return tomorrow and exchange it for a another one.

You get what you pay for not bad for the price point

A very weak laptop and with 8 GB of RAM, a video card at a level like 1050 ti. Weak battery.

The heat dissipation effect is average, the energy consumption is very high, and the computing power of the GPU is too low.

Stary having issues quickly and returned for different make. Best buy was great though return.

Do not buy this laptop. I have had components from the motherboard fail twice and start smoking while using microsoft office. If this piece of junk can't handle word editing, then it wont handle games.
