Good specks and looks beautiful. Fast and nice screen.

Looks great but I had to send it for repair 2 months later and it still heats up. Not worth the money you spend on it

The Specs on this was extremely good but actually using the laptop this gets extremely hot.

The screen is great. The memory is, too. But, it's still lacking. It's difficult to change the keyboard lighting. I still haven't figured that out. The cap lock key doesn't light up when engaged. Way too much bloatware. Too many control panels. It should come with its own computer bag...for the cost.

Was ok for the first 12 months and 2 weeks after the warranty was up the battery died. Replaced battery and 2nd one died a month latter. Called customer support and they said can't help. They wanted $1150 plus tax and labor to replace the motherboard. Absolute trash products and customer support.

The product registration is shady, and faulty and doesn't let you actually register the warranty. One of the key lights broke shortly after I purchased the laptop and got stuck only changing from red to blue and purple and does not change to white, gold/yellow,teal. The ] key to be precise.

Issue with labtop 1-2 year down the line. Battery doesn't work and the board keeps popping off. Warranty expires in 2 months concerning what will happen when it expires

It’s nice looking, but heavier than I expected. Also the touch pad is too sensitive.

So far I love this laptop. Speedy, efficient and total customization. The screen is crisp, the keyboard is awesome and I love the color changing keys. Only wish it had a full size SD card reader. It only has a micro-SD card slot. This is a VERY Powerful laptop with a big graphics card, so the heat is noticeable if you have it sitting on your lap, but if you want a gaming laptop, you have to have some understanding that it's not perfect. Over all I'm very very happy.

I bought this laptop about a month ago and I have had little to no problems with the way it runs games or other applications. It has an exceptionally sleek design that makes it both lightweight and thin, so that I can carry this laptop practically anywhere I go. It runs entertainment applications and games very smooth; I have had no obstacles when it comes to graphics or frame rate while playing FPS's or campaign driven games. One thing I would recommend if purchasing would be to buy a laptop chilling pad along with it because the laptop may become rather warm when running games for an extended amount of time. Other than that minute matter, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far with this product.

First off, I think my favorite perk of this system is the SteelSeries keyboard! How beautiful. You can sequence it with your music, customize it to highlight certain keys for certain games, and the Rainbow, or as I like to call it, "skittles" effect is beautiful. Plays games effortlessly with no lag, great graphics, fast processors. The sound the laptop itself generates from the internal speakers is enough to listen to music at low-volume and enjoy a game at nighttime while your roommates sleep. Overall great laptop, whether you're getting it for gaming or not. Also, movies on this system are great, and I love the built in Xbox One Console Companion component. Great job MSI!

GPU rendering on Redshift is speedy! Thanks to the 8GB RTX 2080 Max Q! Thea healthy 32 GB of Ram make video editing 4k footage do-able and enjoyable, when powered by wall outlet. Love the keyboard ergonomics and how thin the entire laptop is! BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK! Pros: + 10bit color capable (Quadro not required) + Extremely Portable + Thin bezel screen/great hue&sat + Preforms great in design apps Cons: - Could use a stiffer screen hinge - A bigger battery pack would make it perfect

Incredible PC that still holds up all these years later. MSI is the best of the best. I mainly use it for editing, but great for gaming too. Has to be plugged in at all times though, which isn't an issue for me. Get one!

Amazing model. Relative to what is inside, very light and small. Does feel precious and delicate though. Very quiet compared to the other 2 models I tried first. An Asus and Alienware. But it gets very hot underneath. But stays fairly quiet considering what’s inside. Mine came with the 90w version of the gpu. 990 MHz/1230 boost. Mai afterburner works for overclocking. Clocks only. +175 core and 500 mem is what I could get. A few benchmarks Fire strike ultra - 4797 non o/c Port royal - 4801 o/c Fire strike- 17180 non o/c I added 2 ssd`s. Came with 1tb. Partitioned 585 boot/ 346 D: kinda kool I reckon There were 2 slots available. Note that 1 of those is the SATA version (2 notches). It goes in the bottom left The other 2 are nvme I live on the road, so I wanted some power but mainly multimedia. Didn’t want a huge power draw living with an inverter in truck. The beefy 2 power supply Asus looked awesome, but couldn’t do it. A great machine that can do anything and use less power than a larger laptop and is quieter. In non gpu intensive apps, it’s silent. Temps are good in stress tests. But it gets warm underneath. 144hz but no gsync. Very nice picture. iTunes and Netflix look great. Only games I’ve tried are xcom2 and civ 6. Both games are fluid and fast. Load times on xcom are insane 3-4 sec Civ 6 benchmark cpu was 7.7 sec/turn. Very unique build on the laptop. Just the right components

Great company. Been using for a few years now. Runs most games great even for todays games.

I literally just build the desktop version o this laptop with nearly identical specs and I must say, I think this thing might outperform my desk top. within 2 hours I completely updated the system and completely downloaded Destiny2, Rainbow Six, Final Fantasy 14, Call of Duty MW and the associated apps. it is an absolute power house. so far I played Destiny 2 on max settings and was consistently keeping over 150 fps. 10/10 recommend.

Great gaming graphics and display. Ran super hot tho and now the battery life last less than 2 hours not plugged in. I’d recommend something with more air flow but it still works just needs to be plugged in the entire time. Only 2 year old comp

The computer have a great design that is classy and applicable. The Boot on time is super fast it is not noisy while its on. The keyboard is nicely designed and easily traveled. Over all it is a great computer that can be used for both gaming and personal computing.

This laptop is good so far. The battery goes by fairy quick when just browsing on the web. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but the laptop gets hot quickly as well. Apart from those two problems I mentioned, it is a really good laptop.
