This laptop is a great option for gamers and I will definitely look at MSI first when I eventually need to update. For now, the games run smoothly at high settings.

I’ve had this computer for about a month now and have had no problems what so ever. The graphics card is awesome for SolidWorks and other CAD programs. Have done a little gaming and have loved it so far.

Very sleek, very modern, cutting edge technology. What else could I ask for? This has everything that I could ever ask for. Can't wait to start my engineering future with this laptop. P.S. Game a little lol

I have had this laptop for a bit over a week now and It runs the games I play very smoothly on high/ultra settings. I am using this laptop for World of Warcraft, Path of Exile, Diablo, and Battlefield!

Definitely a nice ultrabook. I debated for the longest time between this and the Razer Blade. After demoing them out, the screen, keyboard, and thermals on the GS65 met my expectations.

I bought this computer primarily for use in college as an Engineering Major, and for gaming. So far I haven't had much use of it since classes start tomorrow, but I did try playing Subnautica on it for a bit and it ran very smoothly! During my use outside of the game, I have never felt my computer feel warm to the touch or loud, but during the game, it was warm to the touch and its fans ran pretty loudly, but having headphones in easily solves the fan noise problem for the person playing the game. Later on, I may consider buying a cooling pad, but I'm not sure how much I'll need it. The preinstalled software was useful, but be aware that you will probably have to download software from MSI I found through a quick google search to edit the way your keyboard lights up. I don't know how much my opinion will change as I go forward but ideally I plan to make another review or edit this one once I really get to use it.

This laptop has an upgraded graphics card which allows one to run PhotoshopCC. With a 6GB graphics card it can process the large RAW files which are generated with today's DSLR cameras

Very happy with the laptop. Able to run games at max settings with smooth operation. MSI has issues with cooling fans as experience at my employer. I'm hoping this isn't as problematic.

I love this laptop use it everyday for gaming haven’t had one problem with it. Plays games great and smooth. And it’s also great for work or any other sorts of things.

So far no issues. Love the light weight, the only issue is the MSI software is a little confusing. Once past poor software design, there is little to find fault with on this laptop.

Excellent laptop for fast gaming, and Best Buy had it in stock. Best Buy also had the best price. Buy this from Best Buy, also works smooth with the Oculus Rift S system. A+

Great Gaming Laptop - but I don't use it for games. Watching Movies when I travel (semi-frequently) and excellent battery power once you tweak it. Only thing I don't like is if you want to upgrade the ram, it could turn into a nose-bleed :(

This laptop is everything I hoped it would be. It is super fast, runs games flawlessly and is very portable. The metal case feels sturdy and hopefully it lasts me 5 years.

This is super fast, but this gets hot fast. I have to watch over heating the bottom. I always have it on a hard surface and make sure the vents are not covered.

After researching multiple laptops for college, my son picked this one. He is extremely pleased. The only issue I had was the "v" key was broken (almost falling off) when we opened the box. We took it back and exchanged it for another one and there have been no issues. He didn't pick this one because it is a gaming laptop-he is a gamer. He is a computer science major and this computer was the best price and had everything he needed, including it being a gaming laptop lol.

Good gaming laptop, the screen is great, Very good price/quality ratio, thin and light. I little bit noisy but what can you expect for a thin laptop with such specs. I also miss the numpad but overall is a great computer.
