I've been a member of the Cult of Apple for as long as I can remember. I got fed up of paying exorbitant prices for meager specs, so I switched over to this baby. The LED keyboard is so friggin cool. The laptop very fast, powerful, and allows you to customize just about everything including how much the battery will fill up (to maximize battery life by preventing it from charging at higher battery levels). Great for gaming.

This machine was turned on and crashed 3 times in the first 10 minutes. I was glad to return it.

So I recently bought the laptop and at first glance it is slick and beautiful, it has a high performance, only problem is it gets very hot, the speakers are terrible, they even started a crackling sound after I plugged in my heaphone jack, I returned it and got a new one, so far, I don't feel it as fast as the first one I had don't know why. But overall if it weren't for that problem it would be 5 stars.

I was looking for a new laptop that has the latest generation of CPU. Ultra books are on the top of the list until I started comparing price and performance. The GS65 is light enough with a 15.6” screen, a 9th gen i7 CPU and a real GPU (GTX 1660). While the GPU is not the latest 20series, the performance is already excellent for occasionally gaming need. For those wanting the 20series, there is the option as well. The increase in price, however, does not justify the marginal gain in performance IMHO. Another advantage of the GS65 over an ultrabook is the option for installing a second nvme drive and maxing out RAM to 32GB. One downside is fan noise. It is not loud but noticeable. Some online reviewers complained about the wide touch pad. I believe it is a personal taste. Go see the laptop in person at the store and decide for yourself.

Very nice laptop by MSI. 1660ti and 9750h crush any game. It has a sleek, light design, yet it still maintains great structural integrity. At a competitive price, this laptop is definitely one of the front runners in the gaming laptop world.

Love my laptop! Super fast, easy to use. It is a little bit heavy but, I like it. I don’t have to carry it around too often.

Super light weight and very powerful for on the go. Only downside i see is that it only comes with 512 gb of strorage which means you will need to modify to expand internally or attach an external drive

It’s not a budget laptop and it shouldn’t be compared to those that are. You can definitely pay less and still be able to game. However, you’ve entered into a higher tier of performance and scalability with this machine and it’s going to cost you. But, in the long run, it is worth it. You are running the new 1660 Ti and 9-series i7 with a better variety of ports that other laptops in this price range. I like it so far for a mid tier setup. I decided not to cross the threshold and go with the RTX, it was a difficult decision, but I knew I wasn’t that serious about gaming and I wasn’t trying to be. Would I recommend to a friend? No. Because we all have different needs and expectations. However, I’d definitely let my friends try it out so they could decide on their own.

I have nothing but good things to say about this machine. I'm impressed. Plays PUBG on Ultra settings flawlessly. Great looking and functioning machine. Highly recommended if you don't want to spend upwards of $2k for a gaming laptop. Speakers are more than adequate and the 144hz refresh rate is pretty dope! Get you one! Haha! Seriously, it's a great buy!

I recently bought this laptop, and it has served me well. The computer has not had any lag so far, and is very smooth and can handle heavy tasks easily. It is fairly small and is easy to carry. The color scheme is very appealing with black and gold, a great combination. The design is also very effective. A good size track pad, and the keys are both very durable. The 4K screen is very high quality and it has a very good picture for a laptop.

I researched gaming laptops for a few months before this one popped up. I wanted a gaming laptop to use while on the couch so size was king here. The smaller the better. This laptop fits the bill perfectly. While it definitely is too hot to lap, using just the box it came I can game quite confortably on the couch while the kids watch TV. The screen is very bright and crisp with vivid colors, the keyboard is comfortable and the trackpad, while large, has not given me any issues with random palm hits. Though I sometimes end up resting an extra finger from my other hand on it accidentally, but otherwise it feels great. Really it is comparable to the trackpad on the Pixelbook. The fans can get a bit whooshy, but there is no whine or anything else, in fact with just a bit of background noise they blend in well even going full steam ahead. Overall I am very happy with this laptop. I was unsure given the price but it has proven to be worth every penny.

Ive only had this machine for about 24 hours but so far I'm loving it. The sleek and lightweight design feels very sturdy. Personally i love the feel of the keyboard. The machine feels snappy and responsive on boot-up. This review is coming from a mac user of ten years that is switching back to windows finally. over all really enjoying it and will update this later if i can after ive had a chance to run through some design programs and try out a few games.

From the moment I opened its packaging it is visible the amount of work that was put into the making of the product. The feel of the hardware is soothing to my fingers. The power this laptop packs is great for anyone looking to browse the internet to playing high demanding video games!!! Overall a great laptop worth it for the money$$$

Although the GS-65 is slightly expensive it definitely packs a punch. With it's extremely premium feel to it's ergonomic design this laptop is a perfect fit. The only drawback of this laptop is that its fans are a little noisy while idling and light usage, otherwise it is an excellent purchase.

Like every laptop no one can MSI in Gaming this laptop is also one of the best laptop in its segment with great performance and sleek and slim design. Screen with refresh rate of 144hz gives you clear graphics and great gaming view. But it would have been great if they would have provided a laptop bag and mouse with such a expensive laptop.

Its speedy! it flies through the games I play. I use it at work as well and it crunches through everything I throw at it. Its also very quiet, at times the fans can be heard but nothing very loud. I'm very happy with this. The screen is fantastic.

This laptop is great with tons of custom options. The battery life is good while just surfing the web. It is very light and easy to carry around perfect for school use. The only con would be the price but wait for a sale and it is well worth it.

I love this mechan because it has a good feature for gamers and The sound is rich and loud.And the keyboard attracts the gamer by its dj light effects which is so good to use and the NVIDIA geforce graphic is so good. And the look of this mechanic is perfect.the weight of this beast is light compared to other gaming laptop.

My friend helped me pick this out to run xplane with VR. It was extremely smooth, and the graphics were amazing. I ran a very taxing program for an extremely long time (6+ hours) and it never lagged or bogged down. I could not be happier
